CVH&A has raised their price for maintenance almost 20%, so the value might be borderline but I have no concern about anything else.

Last night was the last of the deadly hot nights for the past few weeks, and of course, our air conditioning system stopped. This morning (August 31), we first called Coejo Heating & Air and spoke to Stephanie. They have a service that everyone should know about, A Senior Service. If you are a senior, you will get on a special list for servicing, which puts you on a priority list. Seniors cannot handle heat as well as young people. Stephanie assured us we would get on the list later. Chrystal phoned to confirm it. By noon, we had Dan Carson, probably one of the tallest people in the Conejo! His personality is awesome, his work ethic is stellar, and his ability to discover and fix whatever was wrong
is equaled only by his height! We are so happy we have an annual contract with this company and equally as happy they have Dan working for them!

After another excellent experience with Dakota I will always call this company when we have any issues. Our thermostat suddenly lost power and stopped working the other day. We did some troubleshooting but couldn't figure out why it stopped. Craig McConnell came out and in less that 15 minutes figured out what was wrong. The thermostat lost connection because power to the furnace was overheating (and he found burned wires in the attic!). It turned out that our blower capacitor was really weak and needed to be replaced. Craig was very friendly, extremely professional and courteous. He was even nice to our two noisy dachshunds, lol. I 100% felt that I was in good hands with Conejo Valley Heating & Air, and I fully trusted Craigs assessment and repairs. When it finally comes time for our 20 year old A/C unit to be replaced, I know who we'll be calling! Thanks again!

I feel I need to humble this company. They think they run all of conejo valley for hvac services and are completely arrogant. The sales guy Greg we had come out wouldn't work with us on pricing at all and instead flexed that there are people in lake Sherwood who spend $200k on air conditioning!!! Lol well let me tell you, anyone who uses this company is getting severely ripped off. I had at least 5 additional quotes provided from reputable companies and all came in significantly below the quote provided by Conejo. They can't compete for business at all nor do they even try. They wanted to install a 3 ton Ruud basic system in my house for nearly $30k!!!

I met with Ralph, the general manager and he was very understanding of the situation. He helped review some of the nuances of the different systems on the proposals I received and came in very competitively with stellar equipment for us. He went above and beyond to make our business feel valued and appreciated and to ensure that the project fully meets our needs and expectations from a pricing standpoint as well as the quality of equipment. I am grateful that Conejo reads these reviews and really takes them to heart. They were quick to reach out to me and eager to make things right. Overall, a very honorable company to work with and I can speak on their quality of work as well because they have done work for my family in the past and it's always been top notch service.
