Recommended Customer Reviews

Conductive electric failed to do a thorough review of my electric system. They said it was old and needed to be replaced. I agree. They told me it was burnt behind the meter box but it wasn't. As it turns out it just needed two fuses from Home Depot for 12 bucks. Instead I was sent a quote for 3500-4000 for a whole new system. This is a contractor I would steer clear of. I had a master electrician review it and fix it for a couple of fuses. $170.00 service fee
The contractor also didn't tell me they were going to charge me for the troubleshooting but they did. They charged me 200.00 and didn't actually troubleshoot. When I called them to ask about it, the admin got snappy at me and hung the phone up on me. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Call Darren Hess, Parker electric or black electric in town.

Needed a repair done to some Solar Panels. Kaleb and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were hooked up, running, and getting power the way we needed. Highly recommend Conductive Electric to take care of you.

At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Just terrible.

I am a general contractor and I hired Conductive Electric to perform numerous electrical tasks including installing ceiling fans, light fixtures, and all new appliances. In all, this company visited my customer's home 4 times. Each time time came to the house, they left something installed wrong and had to fix it the next visit. On the third visit, one of the crew members forced a brand new refrigerator into a nook that was a 1/4"" too small, and was waiting for the carpenters to remove a piece of shoe molding so the refrigerator would fit. Conductive electric's crew member decided not to wait and forced the refrigerator into the nook approximately 12"". I confronted the crew member and ask him how he got the refrigerator into that opening and he said it was no problem. The crew left and I locked the door behind us. After a few days of waiting for a specific wire the electricians needed, they returned to the house. The plumber also arrived to start his work. The plumber needed to move the refrigerator out of the nook to connect the Ice maker. When he pulled it out, he noticed the damage done to the left side of the refrigerator that was caused by Conductive electric's crew member. I confronted the crew member and he immediately went into denial mode. He said he only moved the refrigerator in 3"", which I know was a lie, because I confronted him after he pushed it in days before and it was pushed in easily 12"". When I ask him why he moved it he said so he could be by. That it how I knew he was lying because 3"" would not have given him enough room to get through between the refrigerator and the island. A few minutes after I showed the crew member the damage, I received a call from the owner of the company, ""Caleb"".. He was immediately defensive and started cursing at me and trying to blame this damage on anyone including the homeowner's which haven't been this vacation home in two months and were in California at the time when this occurred. He told me at least twice on the phone ""This is how it's going to be, we will finish the work, but we aren't responsible for the damage"" or we can pack up and leave now."" I told him he will have to answer to the homeowner's and that his company is responsible for this damage. He was very irate so I hung up. By the time I got off the phone, the two men that were their to install the appliances were already packed up. They then left. Caleb called me back a few minutes later and ask me If I was going to be at the house and continued threatening me and said ""He could mop the floor with me"". I told him again that his company is responsible for the damage and hung up. He text me and ask If I was going to be there? I sent him a picture of the damage his man did and that was the last I heard from him except for a bill that he just sent me for the time his men were at the house on the third visit when his man damaged the new $3,000 refrigerator. I have the text to back this up. He never even bothered to come out to and look at the damage or to investigate this damage. This owner has no integrity at all.
