Conditioned Air came out to resolve a condensation problem with our upstairs HVAC system. The technicians determined an incorrect but expensive plan to resolve. After spending over $11,000 the problem is worse than before and with the added problem of considerable sheetrock damage to be repaired. After deceiving me and taking so much money and time, they have no clue how to resolve. Now their robo caller is calling to schedule my routine service appointment.

Avoid this company at all costs, incapable of solving problems and very capable of fleecing you for thousands of dollar.

These guys overprice everything but the work was good and the service was incredible. Proving was expensive I had another place come out for a follow up on my second system and wanted to see the quotes for parts and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Everything else was good.

I had an emergency situation when my AC unit froze and I had some massive water coming from the unit. When I explained my situation to the receptionist, she made an appointment for me the day I called, and someone came out even earlier than the time that was given. The service was performed by Jason Carr, and I could not have asked for a nicer person to deal with. Based upon his personality and his work, this will be my company for any thing needed in this field.

This HVAC company is hands down the best in Huntsville! They give highly accurate prices, I mean dead on, to where there isn't any surprises. I signed up for the maintenance plan that they have, where they come out and service my unit in the fall and summer, they take apart the unit and check and clean everything, I mean everything; voltage checks, freon check, leaks, fan blades, coils, fan motors, switches & etc.

My unit was struggling throughout the summer and winter months. Turns out it was rather dirty, now my unit is blowing out strong air in every room, the house is now the same temperature throughout. Chad even took pictures as he serviced it to show me what the issues were, he also pointed out what I was doing wrong. I am glad that I found this company. The lady that answers the phone is really nice and understanding, they are the only company that services my unit now I will not let anyone else touch this unit as they have done the best job hands down! If you choose them, I recommend the service plan, you will get discounts on parts and no ridiculous service call fees.

I had mold around vents in two bedrooms. Five years ago, an experienced company installed a new heating and cooling system. Their representative said we needed to replace our duct work at a cost of several thousand dollars. He did not even remove the vent to make this determination. Two other companies came and said the duct work was fine. Greg Dubroca, from Conditioned Air Solutions was outstanding. He explored many situations that might have caused the mold. He even looked at the square footage to make sure the units were sized correctly. He explained how glazing with humidifiers could cause excess moisture. His ability to analyze was far greater than the gentlemen from the other companies. I had never met Greg before and have no affiliation with anyone from the company. I am grateful for his analytical problem solving. He stayed until he had answered all of his and my curiosity about the problem.

Conditioned Air Solutions brought to our home the best HVAC professionals one could hope for. Greg Dubroca was one of many local HVAC installation teams we interviewed for this work. We were astonished by the number of genuine installation issues that we were aware of with our existing system, that Greg detected and offered solutions for, but no other HVAC company detected or even looked for. This was just the beginning. Greg's proposal was the only professional proposal we received. All other proposals were hand scribbled on paper with a general overview of the work and cost. Greg detailed specifically what his team would accomplish. This was reviewed before and after the work was performed to ensure all work was completed successfully and approved.

Enough about Greg, when Cameron Sims, Jason Pence, Jacob and Lance showed up to perform the work, our confidence in Conditioned Air Solutions was completely affirmed. These gentlemen are experts in their field. Their expertise is only rivaled by their outstanding attitude. They were respectful, friendly and very careful to ensure our home was left in he same or better condition than they found it. This team successfully installed a routing request for our HVAC system that no other company was competent enough to attempt. Every other company complained that our route, though correct, would be too difficult to attempt. Cameron's team quickly expedited our request with the excellence we've come to expect from Conditioned Air Solutions.

I will admit that this proposal was not the low cost bid, but the quality solution we are living with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week proves that you usually get what you pay for. If you are looking for HVAC work and are smart, you will hire Conditioned Air Solutions and enjoy the results of the best HVAC team in Northern Alabama.
