This summer, my air conditioner stopped working. First thing in the morning, I looked up HVAC services nearby and picked these guys since they were open early and they were the closest. Somebody responded immediately and sent a technician in the afternoon. The tech did a thorough checkup and identified that the capacitor had gone bad. They also suggested that I replace the entire HVAC unit since it is almost 20 years old. I requested a quick fix which is to replace the capacitor. Capacitors seem to be very cheap when purchased online. They charged way more than the price, of course factoring in the time and labor involved with the analysis and replacement, it was reasonable. The tech who showed up was very knowledgeable.

A few months later, in winter and a day after the first frost, my heater stopped working and I spent an entire night shivering in the cold. First thing in the morning, I requested conditioned air solutions for a technician and they sent someone within a couple of hours. The tech spent a lot of time checking the hvac system and identified the same issues as the previous tech mentioned. This technician was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.

It was apparent that my HVAC is getting old and I could no longer continue with the temporary fixes. I decided to replace the entire thing and conditioned air solutions gave me an estimate and a payment plan. After I agreed, they booked a technician within a couple of days. The entire process went smoothly and their technicians have done an awesome job with the installation. They cleaned up well afterwards.

I could not be happier with the service. I suspect that their prices might be a bit higher, but from what I understood talking to their techs is that the company pays them well and treats them well. So, all is well! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

The technicians are nice, but every time someone comes out for the semi-annual maintenance, there's something or other that needs to be fixed or replaced. Every. Time.

It's getting a bit suspicious, fellas. Makes me wonder exactly how their incentive program works for their technicians...

Conditioned Air came out to resolve a condensation problem with our upstairs HVAC system. The technicians determined an incorrect but expensive plan to resolve. After spending over $11,000 the problem is worse than before and with the added problem of considerable sheetrock damage to be repaired. After deceiving me and taking so much money and time, they have no clue how to resolve. Now their robo caller is calling to schedule my routine service appointment.

Avoid this company at all costs, incapable of solving problems and very capable of fleecing you for thousands of dollar.

These guys overprice everything but the work was good and the service was incredible. Proving was expensive I had another place come out for a follow up on my second system and wanted to see the quotes for parts and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Everything else was good.

I had an emergency situation when my AC unit froze and I had some massive water coming from the unit. When I explained my situation to the receptionist, she made an appointment for me the day I called, and someone came out even earlier than the time that was given. The service was performed by Jason Carr, and I could not have asked for a nicer person to deal with. Based upon his personality and his work, this will be my company for any thing needed in this field.

This HVAC company is hands down the best in Huntsville! They give highly accurate prices, I mean dead on, to where there isn't any surprises. I signed up for the maintenance plan that they have, where they come out and service my unit in the fall and summer, they take apart the unit and check and clean everything, I mean everything; voltage checks, freon check, leaks, fan blades, coils, fan motors, switches & etc.

My unit was struggling throughout the summer and winter months. Turns out it was rather dirty, now my unit is blowing out strong air in every room, the house is now the same temperature throughout. Chad even took pictures as he serviced it to show me what the issues were, he also pointed out what I was doing wrong. I am glad that I found this company. The lady that answers the phone is really nice and understanding, they are the only company that services my unit now I will not let anyone else touch this unit as they have done the best job hands down! If you choose them, I recommend the service plan, you will get discounts on parts and no ridiculous service call fees.
