Requested service and repair of down system on new equipment they sold me and was told to wait over a week for service repair. No resources and unpleasant phone girl.

We had significant issues with our prior electrical contractor when building our Marco home. Finding a new company to take over permits on another company's work was difficult in itself. Not only did Greg and the Condee team go above and beyond with helping us finish our home to meet code. They verified others work for us since we live elsewhere. Very honest people and it's hard to find. Thank you Condee team!

I wish I could give zero stars. I set up an appointment for a routine maintenance on my AC unit months ago. I was told that they could not give me an exact time for when the technician would come out; I was told to wait at home from nine to one. I got a call after 3 PM stating to call back so they could send a technician out. I called back less than 30 minutes later, and they said the technician had already moved on. They said they always call first before sending someone. I expected someone to be at my door during the designated time frame. I got nowhere talking to two different receptionists, and they would not send anyone else out. Stay away from this company if you value your time.

Condee has helped me twice in the past few months. Their technician, Josh, saved me $3000 when I asked for a second opinion on a job. (The first company had recommended repairs that were not needed.) And then just yesterday my AC quit. I called the company and Josh was here within 3 hours to get it up and running again.
Condee was been caring for my ACs on Marco since 2003, and now they are caring for my AC in Naples. I couldn't be happier!

What a rip off. Asked to check for leaks. First they wanted me to fill with freon which had enough levels and then after filling up for over $400 of freon they told me that leak can't be fixed. Ended up buying new A/C with someone else. Get the Vaseline ready when you call them for service. Disgrace

They dropped the ball on my repair for my rental property my property manager recommended them he setup the appointment the repairman wouldn't come out because there weren't tenants at the time so we had to wait a few days finally the guy shows up says he needs a second opinion by his supervisor that took even longer maybe another day or two finally after the property manager calling and calling they tell him its the compressor they email me a contract through docusign I signed it same day thinking the sooner I sign it the faster it gets done but Nooo three days later I ask property manager for status he doesn't know he calls they say I have to ok the charges!? At this point I am just dumbfounded by their actions we're having to tell renters the AC is currently not working but it will in a couple days. I figured they'd of ordered the compressor already but no apparently a contract means nothing to these people they'd rather have a verbal. SMH It took almost a week to order then another half week to get it installed. Just yesterday I was talking with my property manager if they were done he said yeah did you get an invoice or receipt he said no. What kind of garbage is this Condee? I emailed Nikki asking if they were done if so where is my invoice but no response. Buyer beware I can NOT recommend this company they've caused more frustration than being of any help. Oh yeah and apparently they dont have anyone working the office on weekends so good luck with any emergencies.

We are new to the area and I located Condeee online. They did an initial service in May and we had an AC issue in July. I paid for the after hours service and a few days later was contacted by Condee that they wanted to refund that fee since they recently serviced the unit. That speaks volumes for the type of company culture they have.

Please be mindful of the work provided. Work provided did not pass inspection despite being charged. Need additional options in region.

This is my 3rd 5 Star review. Our a/c went out. Since we are in the midst of a pandemic I was really really nervous having someone in our condo. The young man was so considerate of my fears and wore a mask and gloves and really made me feel safe. And he fixed my a/c.

Condee Cooling & Electric was fast responding to an electrical service we had at our vacation condo. Pricing was very reasonable. We would definately use them again if the need arises.
