What a rip off. Asked to check for leaks. First they wanted me to fill with freon which had enough levels and then after filling up for over $400 of freon they told me that leak can't be fixed. Ended up buying new A/C with someone else. Get the Vaseline ready when you call them for service. Disgrace

They dropped the ball on my repair for my rental property my property manager recommended them he setup the appointment the repairman wouldn't come out because there weren't tenants at the time so we had to wait a few days finally the guy shows up says he needs a second opinion by his supervisor that took even longer maybe another day or two finally after the property manager calling and calling they tell him its the compressor they email me a contract through docusign I signed it same day thinking the sooner I sign it the faster it gets done but Nooo three days later I ask property manager for status he doesn't know he calls they say I have to ok the charges!? At this point I am just dumbfounded by their actions we're having to tell renters the AC is currently not working but it will in a couple days. I figured they'd of ordered the compressor already but no apparently a contract means nothing to these people they'd rather have a verbal. SMH It took almost a week to order then another half week to get it installed. Just yesterday I was talking with my property manager if they were done he said yeah did you get an invoice or receipt he said no. What kind of garbage is this Condee? I emailed Nikki asking if they were done if so where is my invoice but no response. Buyer beware I can NOT recommend this company they've caused more frustration than being of any help. Oh yeah and apparently they dont have anyone working the office on weekends so good luck with any emergencies.

We are new to the area and I located Condeee online. They did an initial service in May and we had an AC issue in July. I paid for the after hours service and a few days later was contacted by Condee that they wanted to refund that fee since they recently serviced the unit. That speaks volumes for the type of company culture they have.

Please be mindful of the work provided. Work provided did not pass inspection despite being charged. Need additional options in region.

This is my 3rd 5 Star review. Our a/c went out. Since we are in the midst of a pandemic I was really really nervous having someone in our condo. The young man was so considerate of my fears and wore a mask and gloves and really made me feel safe. And he fixed my a/c.

Condee Cooling & Electric was fast responding to an electrical service we had at our vacation condo. Pricing was very reasonable. We would definately use them again if the need arises.

I have been having a problem with Condee not understanding product liability. They installed a defective product knowing it was defective as stated in a lawsuit underway at the time of the installation. The product had to be replaced. The manufacturer supplied a new product , no charge. I was told that the installation would be $600. and they would try to have the manufacturer pay most of that. Instead I received a bill for almost $800. I have requested an itemized bill several times but they won't send it. I could not recommend this company. Their ethics are questionable. I hope Morgan and Morgan take a serious look at this.
I will complain to the attorney general's office and report it to the better business bureau.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are shysters. I had to pool heat so they came out, inspected the unit, and said there was nothing wrong with it. The gentleman asked me if I wanted him to tighten up some wires. I said if you think that will fix the pool heat go ahead. Again....He said no there's nothing wrong with your unit but I'll tighten the wires anyway. So they charge me over $200 and the guy left saying that the heat was working. It was not. I called them back a few days later and said that the heat is still not working can you please come back out?. They said they wanted to create an entirely new call ticket and would have to charge me again because there was nothing wrong with the unit the first time....then they said that I told the guy to tighten the wires. Which I did not. He offered as I was not home and this was a phone conversation. So they wanted to charge me again to come out to figure out why the pool heater wasn't working when they said there was nothing wrong with it. Obviously there is something wrong with it and they're trying to charge me multiple times to diagnose the problem. Unprofessional. And unethical. Steer clear of these people because there are plenty of reputable pool service companies nearby!

I am in a condo down on Marco, the AC went out on us on Saturday night. We struggled for Sunday and Monday when the owner got Condee to look at it. The unit was shot, they said they would be back at 8:30 Tuesday morning. The shop called us first to tell us they were on the way, nice touch. Two gentlemen showed up and went right to work. It was a pleasure to watch this team work, each knew what to do and it was almost fluid in motion. They removed and installed the new unit in about two or so hours. Very professional, cleaned up everything and left. I am not from this area but I was very impressed with this company.

They were contracted by my home watch service to look at my A/C. The system is 16 years old and ready for replacement. Tech goes by and determines its worn out, but decides to do 400 dollars of work to patch it. Never calls and asks or gives advice. We are not even in town. Replacement is what we needed. So when I finally get the report about it being worn out I ask for a quote, they never respond . Call them to find out 1. What the bill is and 2. How much a new one would cost. The folks have no idea what I am inquiring about. Ask them to investigate and phone me back. Days go by with no call. Contracted someone else to replace system. One month latter I get a bill from Condee for patch job. Contacted them to see why they never gave quote. Got a huge lecture about how they would never take advantage of a customer and they are a family business. Was told they provided a estimate on repair and quote for new system but they can't tell me who they sent it to. Long story, go elsewhere for A/C work. They are all talk and no action. Paid original bill and wrote it off to experience.
