My son took his MacBook Pro to Apple Store to see if they could fix it. The power won't come on. They determined it was the logic board. I decided to take it to Computer Castle, since it was near by where we live. My son needed it in a rush for school. Ali was great, he had it ready for us in 2 days. He gave us a 30 warranty, which is the same warranty as Apple Store.

I would go here again if the need arose.

Hi just want to share a story about ALi.
We were starting a funeral for my stepdad to find out we needed a DVD cd burned because the place couldn't use a flash drive. I was scrambling to find a close place to help in a seconds notice. Well with some luck I found ALi from computer castle. I walked in and Ali dropped what he was doing no questions asked and took the time to get me setup. It was very refreshing to find the help and understanding to make the viewing a success.

Competent and professional.

We had a mishap with a 2015 MacBook Pro (cracked screen). Ali was great. Courteous. Gave us a written estimate and called along the way with updates regarding the parts.

They had it fixed in a couple of days as good as new with a complete new lid/screen. Saved a couple hundred dollars versus using the Apple Store.

I would go here again if the need arose.

Computer Castle is getting one star only because Yelp doesn't have the option to give zero stars!! At first I thought they were great. They were open New Year's Day, friendly and I thought they had taking care of my laptop computer for $85. I got the computer home and turned it on, less than 5 minutes later it completely died. I took it back to Computer Castle. Sadly, they were nowhere nearly as friendly as when they were when I was bringing them my new business. I asked if they could look at the computer, but they wouldn't even analyze it. He told me to take it home and just make sure it had all the updates. I told him I wasn't even sure how to do that, but he said there was nothing he could do. Instead, he kept telling me what a mistake I made to buy a PC. He kept telling me Apple is the only way to go. That's great for him, but I wasn't there for a sales pitch! I was there to take back the computer I had just paid $85 to have fixed the day before!! Really disappointing that he wouldn't even look at the computer, especially since he had worked on it. I have since took it somewhere else and found out that my hard drive is completely fried. Maybe it was just coincidence that it's bad timing, but what really bothers me is that Computer Castle wouldn't even look at it to see what was wrong a day after they worked on it. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this place! He does not honor warranties. Go there on your own risk!

Not worth going to. Overpriced, Bad service with Metro Pcs questions and service. I do not recomend this place. Unless you need a good laugh.
