Chris and his technicians have set up media systems at two different homes for us. Each time has been a great experience. He will offer you many different options all considering cost, quality and range of products that you could possibly consider. The support subsequent to the installation is outstanding. That to me is the key to his success. Although we are not ""techies"" by any stretch of the imagination, Completely Connected takes the time to bring us into the 21sy century.

I want to express today how impressed I am with this company. I had my entertainment system installed by a different company several years ago. There were a lot of negative issues that occurred with them. About a year ago I found CompletelyConnected and am glad I did. Their customer service is top notch. Today I had a little glitch with my System. I called at 7:30 am and Chris the owner had returned my call by 8:30. He was able to rectify the problem over the phone !! The service technicians who have come out to the house have always gone the extra mile to make sure everything was up and runny properly. 5 stars for sure. Thanks Chris !!

Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with while building a house.

no one calls you back, the customer is definitely not first. My system keeps crashing and the wifi is horrible, after many attempts to rectify I have gone to another company

Chris, the owner, came out personally to quote me a price to set up my Surround Sound and home speaker system. He showed me how they could tie everything together where I could control it all on a single remote, phone or tablet and add future components like my pool heater and security system.

When John and Jessie came out to the house they expected the job to only take a few hours. After several snags, due to previous wiring and older model television, the job took quite a bit longer. They never tried to cut any corners but stayed until the job was done right and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked before they left. They were hard working, considerate and knowledgable and I am sure to use them again in the future when I am ready to add on to this system.

Completely Connected has been an outstanding IT source. They have improved my coverage for cell phone service around my home which had dead spots. They installed surround sound speakers in very tough locations. They provided me with a surround sound receiver/amplifier that does so much more than my previous unit. Completely connected is knowledgeable, reliable, honest and reasonably priced......what more could one want!? I have and will continue to refer them to all my friends.
