If I could give less than one star, I would. The rude customer service representative lost them a potential new client. When my previous maintenance company for my generator was bought by a different company I considered switching which is I called them. After three attempts and no one calling me back, I finally spoke to someone who could not have been more rude to me on the phone. Totally disrespectful and nasty tone and conversation. If that's the vibe of the company, we are happy to move on and go elsewhere By the way, in contrast when I called Rack electric, they were as nice as could be and very responsive and helpful. They get five stars!

Used them once for rewiring a dishwasher circuit. They did not finish the job. Electrician said it was ""too hot to work"", and he could not find the circuit wire.

Called for an install. Said they would call back. Never heard from them again.

Sent technician who was new and not very sharp. Replaced circuit breaker with a less sophisticated one. I wanted exact replacement. Decided to pay bill anyway on my terms like in a week. They demanded immediate payment. I refused. Technician removed the circuit breaker he installed and left. Who does business this way? I used Complete in the past and even recommended them to others. NO MORE! HORRIBLE!

In a word: FANTASTIC! They promptly answered their telephone. They followed up through email regarding scheduling. The electrician arrived a couple of minutes early. He was clean cut and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the wiring done incorrectly by Indian River Electrical Contractors.
