Professional and excellent service. We are a small business who were treated like a major corporation.

A technician named Joe Lanza came to fix an outlet. As he was leaving he backed into my truck parked on the street then hit it several more times trying to get unhooked and drive off. Some workers saw it and came and got me before he drove off. He said he didn't have insurance. I called the company number on the side of the truck and talked to Ron Morese. He said they did have insurance and they would pay for the damages and gave me some info. Joe told me this was his second accident of the week, it was a Tuesday, and he was afraid of getting fired so he lied. I got an estimate for repairs and sent it in. Ron, the boss, said no, he would not pay it or send it to their liability company. He would pay less than a third of the estimate. Still trying to get my truck fixed. Feels like a big con to me. If you call these guys, make sure you park your car where they can't hit it. I wouldn't trust anything they say. I still don't know if they actually have insurance. I'm thinking the answer is a big fat NO.
