Do not call this company to repair your AC- they will only try to sell you a new AC. My experience with this company was probably one of the worst I've had in some time. Our AC has been out for a week and we called them to run a diagnostic test to find out the issue. Junior came out, was really pushy, and refused to run the test and made us pay $75 just to tell us we need a new AC. We asked for diagnostic report to list what was wrong with our AC and he never provided it and I'm not even sure he really knew what was wrong. We had Van Eddies come out and their tech fixed the issue in 5 minutes and didn't charge us a dime. It's obvious Comfort Zone Air Conditioning is a sales company and not a repair company. Please be warned- they do not care about your ""comfort"", they only care about making money. We have a little one and it made no difference to them we were suffering in the heat during a FL summer for over a week. Contact them at your own risk.

I was originally referred to comfort zone air conditioning AH by a friend. My AC system had recently stopped working and I was shopping around for someone to replace it, but had no luck in the beginning. I also thankful for my referral. I was blown away by the companies honesty! They explained everything very well and helped us reach a reasonable price for our services. From start to finish I felt like I was the companies only customer because that is how good I was being treated by the whole team. I want to send out a huge thank you to Comfort Zone Air Conditioning and it's whole team. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is in need of AC services!

I had Comfort Zone install 2, 3-ton Goodman units in May of 2017. The installation went off without a hitch. The installers were very friendly and professional. I have recommended them to several of my friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of A/C work. They are honest and professional and really put customer satisfaction and appreciation first.
As an example of this, I just had my roof redone due to hurricane Irma. In the process of re-roofing, the roofer put a nail through the a/c refrigerant line right on the edge where it goes out the soffit and down the back of the house (had to run line through attic). The roofer was hesitant to take responsibility and so I called Comfort Zone and they sent someone out, found the problem and then fixed it.
The roofer said the line was too close to the roof. Was it? I'm not too sure, I mean it has to go out the soffit and there is not much room at the edge of the roof. Either way, the roofer could have avoided the problem if they just looked in the attic before starting the job. I mean, there is a chase running down the back of the house right up to the soffit and into the attic.
The bottom line is that Alberto (Comfort Zone president) stepped up and handled the situation. That is what it means to put customer satisfaction and appreciation first.

I would like to thank and recommend Comfort Zone Air Conditioning. The AC on my new house was undersized and Conchita from Comfort Zone dispatched someone on a weekend to come out to my home and advise me what I needed and provide an estimate. I went with Comfort Zone and have no regrets; they showed up on time as promised, installed a new Bryant Air Conditioning system and I could not be happier. I waited about a month before writing this review to assess how well it cooled my home. The installation was professional and flawless; it not only looks amazing but functions perfectly. For the first time since I owned this home I was able to cool it down to 73 degrees, they sized it exactly and not only can I now enjoy my home; my electric use went down considerably. For anyone shopping around for an honest and reliable AC company I recommend Comfort Zone 100%. They are family owned and operated, they offer financing through their finance partner, their prices are competitive and fair, they show up on time and their work is first rate. I love my new Bryant system and thank the staff at Comfort Zone for completing the job on time, in budget and it looks amazing. If you need a new AC don't go with a fly by night, go with an established business like Comfort Zone, you will be happy that you did.

I shopped around for a new heat pump system and found Comfort Zone somewhere in the middle of my search. They were affordable and professional. Robert actually came out to the house to perform the on site estimate after providing multiple quotes in writing via email. He always either took my calls or responded to them in an appropriate amount of time. He provided answers to all my questions, or made sure to get me an answer as soon as possible, and no question was too small or too stupid. He was also the person who actually installed our new unit. Things changed a bit over the course of the project, but these guys knew what they were doing and had answers to questions along the way. The county inspector failed the installation (unjustifiably in my opinion), but they came back out and fixed the issues until it passed for no additional charge. The system is operating perfectly and I'm confident I made the correct choice. I would highly recommend Comfort Zone for any and all HVAC needs. I intend on using them to install our unit when we build a house in the next couple years. Thanks for a great project Robert and Comfort Zone!
