Tye Collis (owner) was hired to address the electrical issues found in a property inspection and bring the house up to code. 1 year later the house has an offer from a buyer but the house fells inspection due to improper wiring.

Wires in attic were improperly wrapped & junction boxes were left exposed
Outlets were not up to code (specifically those located near water sources). The proper breakers to accommodate the correct outlets were not installed (the new electrical panel he just installed). A second electrician was brought in upon closing the sale of the house to correct these errors costing several hundred dollars.
