I contacted Collins ES on a Sunday after an estimate from another electrician was late and we needed work done quickly. Adrianna contacted us within minutes of receiving our request and noted that Jeremy could come out the same day. That was a nice surprise but it wasn't an emergency so we scheduled him for Monday morning. Jeremy and his son Jake arrived early on Monday and looked through everything needed to give an estimate. He estimated that the job (switching the range source from gas to electric) would take up to eight hours. They were done in 5.75 hours. We were very pleased with Adrianna and Jeremy's fast response and professionalism. Collins will be our electrician for future jobs. Much appreciated.

We needed an EV charger installed. The dealer recommended someone who came out and quoted a scope of work and price that didn't sound right. Found Collins Electrical on Yelp. The first review we saw was from an acquaintance who used them to install an EV charger. It was a 5 star rating from someone who is hard to please. We called spoke to Adriana who sent Jeremy out that day to look things over. Jeremy reviewed options, cost and recommendations with us as our current panel set up made things a little complicated.

We went with Jeremy's recommendation and scheduled the work. Could not be more pleased. They left things clean. They even laid drop clothes in the garage! His son helped download the ChargePoint app and 3 hours later had a full charge on our car.

The team at Collins Electrical went above and beyond with their customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. It's nice to know that we now have an electrician.

I called yesterday to make an appointment to repair an electrical problem on a new recently installed cooktop by Lowe's for a rental condo in Palm Springs. Today, they showed up and within 10 minutes diagnosed the breaker problem after checking out the cooktop and panel box. Apparently, the Lowe's installer used the wrong sized breaker. Fortunately, Jeremy, the owner of the company, had a 40 amp on his truck and within 30 minutes of his arrival, he was done and everything is operating properly. I appreciated that when I originally called the office, someone answered the phone. I enjoy doing business with a locally, owned family business. I'm extremely pleased with Jeremy's professionalism and knowledge of his services. I will definitely refer Collins Electrical to my friends in the future.
