Mr. Collins and his son were very professional and on time for the appointment. My issue was that the power went out in three rooms of my home. I thought it would be simple, just go outside to electrical panel and flip the breakers, well that did work. I searched Yelp, and found many electricians, but he was highly rated in reviews, so I called and explained my issue. Again, they were prompt. Unexpectedly I asked him about my dawn to dust lights, that have not worked for 10 years, he automatically new right away what needed to be done and fixed them as well.. Now I have lights when pulling into my drive way, which I was very excited about. I will contact him for any future needs. Thank you Mr. Collins and son!

We bought a home in Rancho Cucamonga and decided to switch around a ceiling fan and a chandelier. Normally I would handle this sort of thing by myself, but there was a 3-way switch involved and the wiring was a little out of my wheelhouse. I called Collins Electric and Dion told me he'd be out that day. He and his son came and did the swap in a little under an hour...did a great job too. The very next day I was having trouble putting a ceiling fan in my son's room (strange wiring in this house) and called Dion again. He came out that same day, helped me hang the fan and didn't even charge me more. He just said that the money I'd given him from the day before was good enough.

Originally when I had contacted Collins Electric, I only needed to have a light switch changed to the dimmer and the door bell checked. I asked Dion a question about the oven turning on and off out of curiosity (thinking I may need to contact the gas company), but he was also able to figure out why the oven was tripping and fixed that too.

When he saw that the door bell needed to be replaced, he went out right away, bought a new set and changed it out on the same visit. He and his son finished the job(s) in under an hour, and I am very pleased with their prompt and professional service.

While I was looking for an electrician in the area, I contacted Collins Electric and another electrician at the same time. Both responded, but Dion followed up right away with a very fair price (the other guy quoted me for double what Dion estimated), and they arrived at the house right on time.

We had an issue with the air conditioner causing the fuse to keep tripping. Dion was able to come out and fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. We had an issue with a light switch as an add on that he jumped right in and fixed that too. He is very professional and efficient. Deon was amazing! We had 2 rooms without electricity and during this hot summer day it was unbearable! We needed the problem fixed asap! We called multiple electritions and he responded first and was able to be here in less than 30 minutes! He was quick to figure out the cause listened to us and was able to tolerate my husband making ridiculous jokes the entire time. He was super professional, friendly, and efficient! All questions we had he was able to answer in a way that we would be able to understand. Highly recommend for anyone! Well be using him again to fix the root of our problem!
