the worse customer service ever, especially during the time when you need them the most. The worst supervisor that's totally rude & disrespectful is a woman named LaRonda. also what I found out, that was never told to me by the representative that sold the generator to me, is that you cannot run them more than 100 hours without an oil change and when they do have to come out and change the oil they charge $295 & that does not include your annual charge that you're already paying $500 for the year. They will do more than change your oil for that $295 But the question is do we need all of that ? Also, if your generator runs for another 100 hours, I guess you'll have to pay another $295 for them to come out and change the oil again. I'm just letting you know things that I was never told from the rep. Good luck.!

We bought a home Generac generator from Collaborative Services in December 2023. It has worked flawlessly when needed. The crew that installed it was superb, helpful and informative. Craig a tech for Collaborative Services came out today for a semi-annual maintenance. Craig embodies excellent customer service and answered any questions that I had. The entire company is so friendly and helpful definitely a great company to buy from and the great customer service makes us feel very confident in selecting Collaborative Services. The saleswoman was very young and not very knowledgeable.
We had a hard time getting a response from them once they got our money.
The crew that installed it made a hole in our ceiling. The person that made the hole said he was going to come back and fix it. We are still waiting for someone to show up and paint out ceiling.
The installer crew did not bring the appropriate switch for the surge protector. Eventually, after several attempts to contact them, someone showed up. They failed the city inspection.
After another batch of several attempts to contact them, someone showed up and fixed it. They passed the inspection.
Nobody showed up to fix the dirt removed by the trenching. Or to paint the ceiling. My husband painted the outside soffit (they promised to come and paint it; they never did).
We are disappointed on this company's performance.
Added later:
What a coincidence that just after I posted this review, someone calls on the phone and says: ""This is [so and so] from Collaborative Services. I am calling to let you know that they will be at your house either Thursday or Friday"" - No date, no time. When I said that I would not be sitting at home waiting all day, she said: ""Okay"". I said she needs to call me with a date and a time when people are going to show up at my house. Next thing I know, two guys waltz into my backyard (did not ring the bell, or call to say they were coming, just waltzing in like they are at home) and start to tamp down the dirt. One of them had the audacity to scold my husband for having started to tamp down the dirt. He said: ""Weren't we supposed to come to do this after the inspector was done?"" To which I responded, ""Yes, but nobody showed up, you just showed up now after I posted the review"". This is not very professional behavior.
