My husband and I decided, after the last power outage, that it was time to have a standby generator installed. When the power goes out the generator will go on automatically to power up our house. I wanted someone to come out to the house, understand what we needed, answer our questions and give us an estimate. I checked out two websites and found a generator company fairly close to our house, so I called. The man that I spoke with was rather dismissive. He told me that he didn't need to see our home and that he could answer all of my questions over the phone and give me an estimate. He asked whether I wanted an inspection by the city. He said that it was an extra cost and wasn't really necessary. These kinds of comments were red flags to me and did not instill confidence so I decided to pass on that company.

I then called Coleman Electrical/LA Generators and spoke with Kevin Coleman. He immediately said that he would be happy to come to our house to see what we would need in a generator. It was very clear from the beginning that Kevin takes pride in his work and his crew. He wants his customers to be happy. Kevin is very personable, spent a good deal of time answering questions and making suggestions. He also told us when we didn't need something and generally explained the entire process. He said that he always has an inspection done and that would be included in the cost of doing the work.

Kevin and his crew arrived on time and proceeded to work. They are all very nice, professional, stopped to answer any questions that I had, and cleaned up every day. It is clear that everyone connected with this company takes great pride in their work. I can't say enough good things about Kevin, Eddie and John.

My husband and I are so happy that we've finally found a really excellent electrical contractor, too. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Coleman Electrical/LA Generators.

Coleman Electrical installed a new electric panel, we went from 50 amps to 200 amps and also installed three light fixture and three new plugs, his team did excellent work and we would highly recommend his service to anyone who wants quality work. I had some electrical issues in my office. They came out within a couple of hours to give a free quote which was reasonable and completely in line with other quotes which I received. They started the work the following day. They arrived exactly on time and cleaned up after they had completed their work.

Kevin was refered to me by our realtor and I am happier with Coleman Electrical than I am with my house. It is hard to find good contractors and he did everything promised at a fair price and completed on time for a 220v install and a new panel install. When it comes time to rewire, he is the only call for me.
