We hired Ryan to help us with our shower heads and dishwasher problem. First of all, unlike other individuals who I have contacted, he actually came over and talked to me about the problem, let me know how long he was estimating and gave me an overall all-in quote. He was knowledgeable, love what he does, friendly, hard-working and more importantly, he actually teaches you why and how that happened, and ways for us to fix it next time when it comes up. I was reading some reviews on Yelp, I just wasn't sure the one stars are real customers to begin with. I find Ryan's price to be competitive and fair, someone was talking about $2000 for 5 hours of work?! I think this is more like a competitor trying to damage his reputation, which I think is quite unfair to the type of work he does. So yeah... I can just say that Ryan will be our first call to make for our next fix up at home. End of story.

He gave us an actual $ amount for the work we asked him to do (change the sync, fix the doorbell, and install new shower-head), and delivered as promised. He also showed up right on time, even though we had to reschedule the initial appointment to a different day.

Returned to do the job later that same day and completed it for a reasonable price. He was on time and left the work area clean and we feel a good honest business man. I emailed cockrum handyman service to remove 2 dressers a bed and 5 boxes out of bedroom,(15 minutes at most)wash walls(1 hour at most)and paint room(3 hours at most)then move furniture back in.(15 minutes at most)I would supply all paint and materials.without coming to see the job he gave me an estimate of $2,000.about 5 hours of work...if you think I'd pay $400 an hour your nuts.if you wanna pay $400 an hour go ahead but it's ridiculous.my star is a caution star
