Mickey quickly responded to our request for service.He was friendly, polite and good-humored. We'd been having trouble with our microwave losing power off and on. Mickey got right down to the job, and it turned out that we just hadn't pushed the microwave plug in until it ""clicked"" in the outlet! Now it consistently works. Kind of embarrassing, but he responded by assuring us that this happened to many people and why it can happen with this kind of outlet. He did not charge us even after we tried to offer him payment. We will certainly be calling him again when the need arises. Highly recommend him!
