Don't pay in advance. He doesn't finish. Poor quality and quantity of work, as he needs to talk to wife on phone throughout the day as he works. Originally referred by a community service network, gave him 40 in case he needed supplies, he went to home depot and didn't come back. Kept trying to help him. Pay in advance so he could pay rent. Then its a chore to get him to show up. I drove to pick him up every day. He'd be late or no show. Work sometimes good, sometimes sloppy. I think it's because he's on phone all day talking to wife. Today gave him money for wife's dr. Then she called and needed more money, so gave Dr my credit card. He ended up leaving half hour after I left, saying there wasno more he could do, so he worked 3 hours . There was plenty he could do, including putting in piece of flooring in picture, and projects he'd already been paid for.

I had a lot o minor projects to complete as plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and framing. I noticed this company does all the above so I took a chance and I am so glad that I did. They were here the same day for an estimate and started immediately after signing a contract. Very great on communication and very professional. The quality of work was excellent and they were finished a day earlier than expected. I Aslo liked that the owner Phillip stayed on the job daily. I will use Coastline Renovations LLC for all my future projects. Thank you guys much!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. First he told me he would start work the following day after we met for quote an signed the work order. Then a no show, no communication after deposit was sent. Only to contact me when he was supposed to be working on the project to say PayPal but his account in restriction to not have the funds to start ordering the materials. So I sent him more money in cash app for him to get materials only to find out he paid his rent and bills with it instead. Shows up finally the following day at 5pm at night with 5 boards (plastic crap that didn't even match the rest of my home) worked for 3 hrs on a job that should have taken less than 1 hr to finish the entire room. Didn't finish the said room or anything else for that matter on the work order cause he didn't show or return calls or texts from me. Has multiple phones answers neither one is a text now only number. Very unprofessional, unreliable and I do NOT recommend for any carpentry jobs. Has a bunch of ""home tools"" and unskilled kept messing up measurements and cuts for the framing of trim. We ended up pulling an all nighter and completing the entire job ourselves.
