Originally Chris was helpful and very nice. We were happy to establish an electrician just moving to Santa Cruz . He then sent out another person at the last minute to do a planned job who we were not thrilled with but let it go. We have been trying to reach Chris for two weeks to discuss the job done by the other person which seems to have some issues with no response.

It could be that he is dealing with some other issues but really shocked at the lack of responsibility.

They were the only company out of the 4 I contacted that both got back to me and with a reasonable price for want I asked for. I posted reviews of the 3 other companies. Chris and crew were fast cleaned up and did exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I am new to Santa Cruz and we are renting a house. It's an older home, and when I started blow drying my hair I blew a fuse. Normally this isn't a huge deal, but after extensive searching, calling our landlord, it became clear that locating the breaker box was going to be a massive challenge. The landlord didn't know where it was, and meanwhile hour after hour was passing without power to half the house.

I called Coastline Electric and even though no one was able to come out to the house. They walked me through a solution over the phone. Fixed via phone consult. I was really impressed that someone took the time to talk me through it on the phone.

Strongly recommend if you want friendly help from people who really care!
