Made arrangements to have three light fixtures installed. Their technician Dyson showed up right at the specified time and was the most pleasant and courteous service tech that we have ever dealt with. Did the job with great care and thoughtfulness under Covid Times. He did a great job and made sure all mess was cleaned up when finished. Good customer service was great to find. My husband and I bought a chandelier at The lighting Gallery. The owner Ernie Varkel told me he could easily convert it from indoor to outdoor. Ernie was late for our installation app't by two hours. This was after waiting through the original 4 hour window. When I called to ask about my app't. He was extremely rude. He finally showed up but did not have the dimmer we'd requested. We had to wait over a week to get him back out. Once he finally completed the work and charged us over $375 on top of the $400 lamp it lasted less than a week when it stopped working. Ernie would not return our phone calls so we had to drive to the store to track him down. He was there and said he'd be out to fix it. Never heard from him again and no returned calls. We had to pay another electrician to fix the transformer and he stated it was not installed properly and hadn't been sealed. I highly recommend you visit Lamps Plus where the staff are highly trained, polite and care. I will never do business with Coastal Moods Lighting and Electric again. Ernie Varkle works out of The Lighting Gallery just off the Row. I'll never step foot in there again either.

The guys were on time, very professional and did an incredible job in hanging a large 3 tier chandelier! They had excellent problem solving skills and patience in a challenging install!! I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!!!! You will be 100% satisfied with them!!!

Be very careful of this company. They did a commercial job with Edison rebates for my company. The work was good. We paid the invoice balance in full less the rebates that they presented. Later I found out through there sales rep and the owner that they filed our Edison rebates at the last minute and they had a problem with Edison's web site. Very sorry they did not do there paperwork timely and if Edison did have a problem with there website that prevented them from filing on time they should have been able to work this out.
Now since then we have been hassled by email and phone for there incompetence for approx 2 years. FIND A COMPANY THAT KNOWS HOW TO WORK WITH EDISON REBATES. NOT WORTH THE EXPERIANCE WE RECIEVED FROM THIS COMPANY. ""Beware""

Coastal Moods installed three chandeliers (19 foot high ceiling). This was not an easy installation, but was completed with ease. Ernie and his crew were very friendly and professional making every effort to satisfy expectations..They also installed a simple powder room fixture.
Unfortunately, the original price quoted on the telephone was not the same as the final invoice.

My walls are plywood instead of drywall and Ari the electrician had a super great ""can do"" attitude. He made some very helpful recommendations for my kitchen remodel and charged a fair price. I plan to have them back for a couple more small projects.
