About six weeks ago, when my terminally ill father was in at home palliative care, our electricity went out. I was fully panicked-- there were so many things we needed to utilize for him that required electricity or refrigeration. The following morning, I called Coastal and explained the situation. The team came over promptly, diagnosed the issue, worked with the city for the permit, and coordinated with the electric company. Everything was so organized and so quick-- and within a few hours of me calling, everything was up and running. The staff was truly wonderful-- from Lisa in the office to the owner, Trey, to the two gentlemen who came out on the service call. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they put so much heart and care into what they do. I am beyond grateful for the team at Coastal and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Oh my gosh, what great service!!! I needed some updates to my outlets and miscellaneous electric work. The electricians arrived exactly on time with a courteous call from the street to make sure I was ready for them to come to the front door. They efficiently finished their work in an hour. When we noticed our HVAC compressor was not cooling later in the day of their visit, I called near the end of the work day to say we had an issue. The electrician answered promptly and said he would immediately be at my house to check on the HVAC electric work they had done that morning. My goodness! Excellent, excellent service!!! I will recommend this company to anyone!

I recently moved into a 14 year old home and have had some updating to accomplish. Coastal Current have been out here twice moving some outlets, exchanging smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They also added some receptacles and other tweaks. These folks are the best. Lisa made sure that I got a prompt appointment on one of the occasions due to a loud buzzing sound coming from something that turned out to be a solar problem and not related to my electric service. That was a same day appointment due to the concern of a problem. Cory and Mitchell were the first crew and on another day it was Chris Wilder and Sam. These folks are courteous, professional and have superb knowledge of their profession and work. They are great communicators with their customers and made sure we were pleased with the work and had no further needs or questions. No need to look further for an electrical company, they have it all.

I couldn't be more happy. The guys were super professional, super friendly and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. Superior!!! This company goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The work done in several rooms of my house was reasonably priced with no surprises and turned out even better than I imagined. The workers were professional, neat, and thorough. They checked with me on every step to make sure they were doing what I wanted.
