Coastal Contracting Solutions, previously known as East Coast Contracting Solutions, is a residential remodeling contractor based in Saint Petersburg, FL. My late father, Charles E Petrovitch Jr., started the parent company in the early 1980s as East Coast Property Maintenance & Security. For nearly 50 years, we have served families in Florida, California, Connecticut, and across the tri-state area. Until the late 2000s, my brothers and I worked alongside our father, after which we chose to grow our legacy with East Coast Contracting Solutions LLC & Property Management, serving Florida, Connecticut, the tri-state area, and beyond, while providing quality service and outstanding craftsmanship to our clients.
