Formerly known as East Coast Contracting Solutions, Coastal Contracting Solutions is a remodeling contractor located in Saint Petersburg, FL. Its parent company was founded by my late father, Charles E Petrovitch Jr., in the early 1980s as East Coast Property Maintenance & Security. We have been serving families in Florida, California, Connecticut, and the tri-state area for almost 50 years. My brothers and I continued to work alongside our father until the late 2000s, when we decided to expand our legacy with East Coast Contracting Solutions LLC & Property Management, serving Florida, Connecticut, the tri-state area, and beyond, building strong assets and delivering quality service and exceptional craftsmanship to all our clients.
