Our downstairs unit quit on us one evening last week, they came out the next morning and had us going within 30 minutes ! It has worked perfectly since . We will definitely use them again if needed

The work was completed and all was good... till I paid. The job required a state inspection before Jefferson Electric could reconnect services, and contractor just disappeared after the inspectors first resulted in a Fail because the older home required smoke detectors. I immediately installed the detectors, let Coastal know, and that was the last I heard from them. I called coastal several times and always got the same answer i.e., they said they would check and call back, but never have, I emailed, they did not reply. It has been over a month, and nothing. Not sure where the status is, so I have arranged for an inspection myself... fingers crossed. Home is for my son returning home from the Army, and Coastal new that too, but obviously could care less, good thing I planned ahead with time to spare. I would have given one star, but the actual work looks good and the price was good. Electrical EN216031

I'm changing my review.

Even though an air conditioner was installed and working for the past few months. The owner has never given me a written guarantee that his services and parts are covered. Verbally he said 20 years, however, with several calls in. I still haven't seen anything.



I also hear there isn't a storefront but run their business out of their home.

I'm going to try and get their guarantee in writing. Otherwise. Into ably won't do business with them again. A little shady.

Tyler was wonderful. He found the problem quickly. Had to order the part. Came back and installed it. Rechecked the freon and replaced the bad circuit board. Tested the system. Friendly office staff. Will use them again if we have AC or heating problems. Will definitely recommend to friends.
