Pricing too outrageous for my taste. I felt they over estimated and over charging in all they do. On thumbtack they show $0 service call and yet charge $45 when they showed up. Not too straight forward in their word and practice. Said they would check my attic and didn't with the service call fee. So over promised and under delivered before even a job was promised. I'd reconsider before you should contact them. My job was supposed to be fixing a door bell wire and they just quoted $550 out of thin air. No explanation as to why they justify this amount, no hourly rate, material or labor breakdown. Don't let them take you for a ride.

Circuit blew. Called Coast Electric and they were here right away. Juan replaced a couple of circuits. He was very efficient an knowledgeable. Good prices! I will recommend them 8n the future. Thank you.

Coast has done a couple of jobs for me and both times, they were excellent. I obviously do not know much about electrical issues, however, both times they came they clearly explained the issue while fixing it and made me feel informed about the service they were providing and what they were repairing. Ignacio is a good communicator and was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and Juan, who was my technician, was extremely fast, reliable, and friendly. Certainly would recommend for all your electric needs.

After requesting quotes from several companies, I decided to go with Coast Electric Company since they gave me the best price and don't ask for 50% deposit until the work starts. They replaced my electric panel and EV charger in 1 day, another day to patch up the stucco and final details. We are very pleased with their quality work. I'm happy to recommend this company.

Had a small job that included diagnose and repair of an outlet, installation of a new out and combining two lighting circuits with 3-way switching into one circuit with 4-way switch. Did it all on the spot and for a fair price. Works great. Best part, very minimal opening of drywall even though I gave him free reign to open as much as needed as I've become an expert at patching drywall over the years.

Ignacio is such a kind and caring individual who does amazing work!! As a first time homeowner, it can be scary hiring your own contractors and even worrisome if they will try to rip you off. I can say Ignacio and his team did not do that at all and even gave us a great deal! He takes his time to explain everything that he is doing and his pricing is extremely fair. Ignacio and team helped us upgrade our electrical panel and install an EV charger port. The team was nice and they wore mask when we were around, and took a day to do their work.

But we had to call Coast back out a few times because some of the workmanship was not done properly. Plus they didn't call the city for the inspection when they were supposed to, which pushed our project out by over 2 weeks! They claimed they called when we asked, but later admitted that they forgot to call and not telling us the correct times that the city was supposed to arrive. Luckily we had someone at home, otherwise we would have missed the inspector. And as any homeowners doing some reno would know, any delay means more skyrocketed cost.

Although the city signed off on the update, the city *still* has to come back for incomplete portion of the work.

For the amount Coast charge, I had expected them to be more professional, reliable and complete work. I don't think I'll be using them again for any of our electrical needs, nor will be recommending them.
