In plumbing, we perform kitchen plumbing solutions including disposal installations, air switches, water filtration systems, faucet setups, faucet upgrades, and water line installations.

Our journey began in 2021, as a worker-owned cooperative, dedicated to empowering women, immigrants, and people of color to have a stake in a business they contribute to.

Each team member brings distinct skills that improve our development efforts, ultimately allowing us to better serve our community.

After two decades in construction, I aspired to create my own business, initially focusing on smaller jobs before expanding into larger projects as a General Contractor.

As a cooperative of workers, my colleagues and I have aspired to build and run a business. However, starting a business comes with many challenges, and an individual cannot have all the solutions.

This is why we established our business, so we, the co-owners can understand together what it takes to run a business successfully as a team.
