Buyers beware, absolute scam artist.
Bought a turn key generator back in March with 6K down.
Once August came, my generator had arrived and the communication stopped. September the story changed and he never received my generator.
October I would get my money back. Now November and still no word on my refund. I should have done my research before falling for this scam. but to prey on people and take advantage is despicable. Small business claim has been submitted, hoping someone reads this and stays away from them.

Warning: Do NOT use Shawn Clunn or Clunn Electrical for ANY work!

We paid Mr. Clunn $6180.00 in July 2021 based on his claim that he would supply us with a whole house Kohler generator and install it. He never got a permit from Centerpoint Gas although he texted that he had. His text responses were vague and he never answered our phone calls to explain the delays. By September 3 we finally realized we had been scammed.

We set a deadline of September 9 to have the generator at our house or take further action, but Clunn did not respond by that time. So we contacted our credit card company to dispute the charge. We are also considering pursuing a consumer fraud charge.

We have never been conned like this before and want the public to beware of Shawn Clunn and Clunn Electrical.

Disappointed in Clunn Services. Their electrical repair work was very satisfactory, the electrician was nice, however, it did not pass inspection (minor updates). I was present when City inspectors called Shawn and he told the inspector they were going to return and finish the job. However, they never returned, even though we had already paid them.

Also, I asked repeatedly for a receipt after their services and they never sent one.
