Out of their own tech's mouth they had TWO plumbers. One quit and we got the other - who neglected to tell us to have the water in our building shut off. Hit a pipe and flooded our home.
They went from ""we'll make everything right"" to ""it was an old pipe.""
CHARLATANS.
Rest assured that I will tell everyone in our complex that your plumbers are inept and your company is CROOKED. LIARS.

I am a renter living here in Palm Harbor, Fl. My technician was Angelo. He was professional and knowledgeable. Angelo was thorough and detail oriented in diagnosing the system and found a refrigerant leak in the condenser. Great work Angelo!!

Our heat wasn't working last night, and I didn't call Climate Design early enough to have it repaired last night, but they called and were here first thing in the morning. Adonay, their tech, was professional, articulate, efficient, and dedicated to helping us. I have now asked that his name be at the top of our list for tech when we have a need.

We have worked with Climate Design for a few years now, and all has gone smoothly. I have Sue Shepard as my main point of contact and really appreciate that she replies to my emails or phone inquiries very quickly and knows how to find the answer I need.

Mentioning Adonay and Sue does not mean the other personnel we have worked with from Climate Design are not noteworthy -- to date they have all been very knowledgeable and professional.

We have had techs from their HVAC and plumbing divisions and now I see they offer electrical services -- that's great, because I'm usually at a loss about who to call when we are here in our (seasonal) condominium.

Climate Design installed a brand new air conditioning unit. They were very professional especially with the virus they took all precautions. When a problem arose after installation, they came back and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied. John and Scott were wonderful. I would definitely recommend climate Design.

I had 2 different people come to see what was wrong with my unit just 2 days apart. First time they cleaned the line out and charged me $330. 2 days later when it still wasn't cooling properly someone else came out and charged $153 for 2 lbs of freon and and then he checked the attic and said our ductwork is ""a mess"" and needs to be replaced and this is likely the problem. I called to get on the list for ductwork and was told it would be November at the earliest. This is July. 4 months of an AC issue in Florida is not acceptable after I paid them almost $500 for nothing. Not to mention what my electric bill will look like this month. After expressing my concerns via phone calls I was told a supervisor would contact me. He didn't so I called again. He then called back and said he will look into this and call me back the next day. Of course that never happened and my AC is still messed up. I'm a single mom who just threw away $483 with this company for nothing.

We've used Climate Design for years and have always been satisfied with the service and pricing. You can always get a new AC unit for cheaper, but, you'll end up paying for it in the long run when it's incorrectly installed, the wrong size for your home, or breaks down because you were trying to save a few pennies. You always get what you pay for. If you're looking for honest technicians that do an amazing job the first time then Climate Design is the place you'll want to go.

The worst company ever! Their technicians NEVER fix the problem the first visit and often not on the second! Then they call a ""field supervisor"" which takes forever to show up.
I wish I had not ever gotten involved with them!

Awesome service!!! My gas hot water tank started to leak all over the garage at 0900..Climate design was there within the hour and installed a new one with ease . They had to re-do the gas pipe, stand , venting, etc as the old one was from 1991 and not up to code. Huge job !
