In the mid-1980s, Gary Craft began his journey in the electrical and HVAC industries. In the early 1990s, he paused to pursue a career in industrial maintenance. In 1995, he launched his dream of owning a business with Filters Unlimited, a small office maintenance and filter replacement venture. He transitioned to full-time self-employment in 1997, turning his part-time filter service into a complete heating, air conditioning, and electrical company. He formed Craft Companies LLC in 2014 with his wife, Sharon. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
