Gary Craft entered the electrical and HVAC sectors in the mid-1980s. He briefly shifted to industrial maintenance in the early 1990s. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 with Filters Unlimited, a modest office maintenance and filter changing service. By 1997, he dedicated himself to full-time self-employment, evolving his part-time filter service into a comprehensive heating, air conditioning, and electrical company. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. The latest change occurred in 2018 when Gary, Sharon, and their two sons decided to rebrand from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
