Gary Craft started his career in the HVAC and electrical fields during the mid-1980s. He took a brief hiatus in the early 1990s to explore a role in industrial maintenance. In 1995, he launched his dream of owning a business with Filters Unlimited, a small office maintenance and filter replacement venture. By 1997, he dedicated himself to full-time self-employment, evolving his part-time filter service into a comprehensive heating, air conditioning, and electrical company. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
