Gary Craft started his career in the HVAC and electrical fields during the mid-1980s. He briefly shifted to industrial maintenance in the early 1990s. In 1995, he realized his dream of business ownership by starting Filters Unlimited, a small office maintenance and filter service. In 1997, he fully committed to self-employment, transforming his part-time filter service into a full-fledged heating, air conditioning, and electrical business. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
