Gary Craft entered the electrical and HVAC sectors in the mid-1980s. In the early 1990s, he paused to pursue a career in industrial maintenance. In 1995, he launched his dream of owning a business with Filters Unlimited, a small office maintenance and filter replacement venture. By 1997, he dedicated himself to full-time self-employment, evolving his part-time filter service into a comprehensive heating, air conditioning, and electrical company. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. The latest change occurred in 2018 when Gary, Sharon, and their two sons decided to rebrand from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
