Gary Craft entered the electrical and HVAC sectors in the mid-1980s. He briefly shifted to industrial maintenance in the early 1990s. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 with Filters Unlimited, a modest office maintenance and filter changing service. In 1997, he fully committed to self-employment, transforming his part-time filter service into a full-fledged heating, air conditioning, and electrical business. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. The company underwent its most recent transformation in 2018 when Gary, Sharon, and their two sons rebranded from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
