Gary Craft entered the electrical and HVAC sectors in the mid-1980s. He took a brief hiatus in the early 1990s to explore a role in industrial maintenance. In 1995, he launched his dream of owning a business with Filters Unlimited, a small office maintenance and filter replacement venture. In 1997, he fully committed to self-employment, transforming his part-time filter service into a full-fledged heating, air conditioning, and electrical business. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
