Company Overview

In 2006, Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann established Cleary Zimmermann. Having collaborated for years in the engineering department of a well-known architecture and engineering firm, Unbeknownst to them at the time, they were cultivating a mutual dedication to exceptional service and engineering quality. After a significant restructuring of that firm to prioritize architecture, Wade and Danny united to create a new engineering firm that embodied those same principles: a company that not only employs cutting-edge engineering methods but also places client service at the heart of its operations. At that time, some of the advanced services offered included BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and shortly thereafter, they were the first MEP firm in Texas to obtain NEBB® certification in Commissioning. While these services attracted clients, Wade and Danny steadily grew their practice by focusing on their inherent 'People First' service philosophy.
