Company Overview

In 2006, Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann established Cleary Zimmermann. They had spent years together overseeing the engineering division of a prominent architecture and engineering company, Unbeknownst to them at the time, they were cultivating a mutual dedication to exceptional service and engineering quality. When that firm underwent a major reorganization to focus on architecture, Wade and Danny collaborated to form a new engineering company that embraced those ideals: a firm that not only adopts innovative engineering techniques but also prioritizes client service in all its endeavors. At that time, some of the advanced services offered included BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and soon after, they became the first MEP firm in Texas to achieve NEBB® certification in Commissioning. Even though these services were appealing to clients, Wade and Danny steadily grew their practice by focusing on their inherent 'People First' service philosophy.
