Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann launched Cleary Zimmermann in 2006. They had spent years together overseeing the engineering division of a prominent architecture and engineering company, Although they didn't realize it then, a shared commitment to outstanding service and engineering excellence was developing. After a significant restructuring of that firm to prioritize architecture, Wade and Danny came together to establish a new engineering firm that reflected those values: a company that not only employs cutting-edge engineering methods but also places client service at the heart of its operations. Back then, they provided advanced services such as BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and soon after, they became the first MEP firm in Texas to achieve NEBB® certification in Commissioning. While these services attracted clients, Wade and Danny expanded their business consistently by prioritizing their intrinsic 'People First' service mindset.
