Company Overview

Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann launched Cleary Zimmermann in 2006. They had spent years together overseeing the engineering division of a prominent architecture and engineering company, Unbeknownst to them at the time, they were cultivating a mutual dedication to exceptional service and engineering quality. Following a major shift in that firm to emphasize architecture, Wade and Danny united to create a new engineering firm that embodied those same principles: a business that integrates forward-thinking engineering practices while ensuring client service remains paramount. Initially, they offered state-of-the-art services like BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and shortly thereafter, they were the first MEP firm in Texas to obtain NEBB® certification in Commissioning. Even though these services were appealing to clients, Wade and Danny steadily grew their practice by focusing on their inherent 'People First' service philosophy.
