Complete rip off! Do not let them in your home. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Home Select Warranty assigned them to me because my outlets loss power. The tech came out checked my outlets and told me you don't have power. He charged me $80 and told me he needed to get approval to continue and never came back.

I had Luis, he was a sub for another contractor. He installed random lights, lost 4 smoke detectors, put in at least 6 extra circuits and then blanks to cover the mistake. He demanded that I tell him how high I wanted a fixture installed even after I explained that this was just to pass final inspection when antique fixture would be installed AND THAT I WAS IN PRE OP for cancer surgery so I didn't really care at that moment. Called back 3 more times
YEP how far could I go for negative starts
PS. He never finished the job after 12 months

On September 11, 2019, I called American Home Shield in order to have my bathroom exhaust fan fixed. A few days later Clearwire arrived and took the exhaust fan, telling me they needed to replace it with a new one. Two weeks later, I called Clearwire and reached their voicemail, but the mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. I then texted Clearwire employees who ignored my texts. Upon calling American Home Shield, they told me that they contacted Clearwire and that they'd be at my house to install the new Exhaust fan. This occurred on two separate dates in which I had to stay home and wait for Clearwire. Clearwire failed to show up on both dates. The back & forth lack of communication between Clearwire and AHS occurred for two solid months; which included over thirty (30) phone calls to both companies. On November 8, 2019, I spoke to AHS who put me on their normal protocol procedure by putting me on hold while they contact Clearwire. This time, the AHS dispatcher had gotten involved in a heated argument with Clearwire. Subsequent to this argument, AHS finally told me that they would no longer contract out to Clearwire and assigned me Budget Electrical who very accommodating, amicable and dependable. After almost three months, my exhaust fan has been installed. Clearwire is the most unprofessional and rude company I've ever dealt with. Please do not ever contract out to Clearwire Electric!

Same story, american home shield referred them to us. The first time they called to set up an appointment, the guy on the phone grew frustrated with me as I tried to find a time that worked for my schedule and said ""awww, come on lady!""
I didn't know you could ask for a different electrician so when the guy came over, he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He took 4 hours to install a ceiling fan and kept consulting over the phone with someone as he was working, asking the other person on the line about which wires went together.
Less than 3 months later, our ceiling fan stopped working--the light flickers and is dim. Additionally, we didn't like the fan he brought over so we agreed to purchase a fan we liked and that he would refund us the money that the warranty place paid them. After numerous texts and calls, which they never returned, we are out $60.
He also claimed that our wired doorbell didn't work so he replaced it with a cheap wireless one which after this experience, I now think he just didn't know what he was doing and couldn't fix it.
Not a deal breAker but after all that, he also didn't clean up his work area and left dirty handprints on our walls.
I almost canceled our home warranty until they promised to send someone else with more experience. Fingers crossed it works out with this person or we are canceling our home warranty.

If you're looking to be frustrated and annoyed with your electrician then Julio is your guy. I have American Home Shield and I required an electrician, so AHS sent out Clearwire. Julio argued with me most of the time and tried to cut corners on repairs, he left to foreword the diagnosis to AHS and totally misrepresented the repair requirements. AHS finally sent a different electrician to repair the problems causing me to waste half my day waiting for Julio the day he arrived and a full morning on my phone explaining to AHS why Clearwire was incompetent to complete the repairs. My recommendation is to not waste your time calling Clearwire Electric

These guys are a joke. I honestly don't know how they can be in business. They don't know anything.
My Home Warranty company (AHS) assigned them to fix my broken doorbell. As with Cleo P., the only positive part was the timing of the appointment. I filed the claim in the evening and was contacted by Louis around noon the following day, and was available to come right away. Unfortunately, that was the end of the positive.
First, Louis cannot find the transformer. In fact, he didn't even attempt to look for it. He asked me where it was (didn't even know the actual name, just said ""the little box""), and said he can't do anything if I can't find it. I did eventually find it. However, in general I don't think it's realistic to expect all homeowners to know where everything is. Usually the technician can find the necessary item themselves if the homeowner doesn't know, or at a minimum, suggest/guess where they might be based on most common locations. To hear if I cannot find it he can't do anything is, IMO, ridiculous.
Once I found the transformer (it's on top of the kitchen door), as with Cleo's experience, Louis needed me to provide a stool. It's inconceivable that he didn't have one given his profession.
Louis was not able to fix the doorbell after working on the transformer for over an hour. He declared that there are 2 possibilities: the wiring or the device. He said I need to have the wiring replaced first (even though he was not able to determine if it's even broken), which he doesn't do, and then he can come back and troubleshoot the device. Again I find this ridiculous. How do you have an electrician who does not fix wiring? He claimed that to replace the wiring the wall need to be taken down, that's why he cannot do it (ever heard of fishnet wiring technique that's part of electrical 101?).
After he left, AHS called me and said that the technician said to fix my doorbell I need to have the wiring rerouted, which is a big job because it requires taking down sheet rocks. My Home Warranty was going to decline my claim as they do not do rerouting of wires. I disputed the diagnose as there's no reason to reroute because the wiring was working just fine for over a decade. If wire has gone bad then it just needs to be replaced, not rerouted. It seems that Louis doesn't know the difference between replacing and rerouting.
After explaining to AHS the difference and why the diagnose is bogus, I requested 2nd opinion, which they did send one. It took the the 2nd technician (from a different company) less than 10 min to identify that the problem was the actual door bell button. He did this by simply removing the door bell and manually pushing the 2 wiring together, and confirmed that the chime happens when he did that. The 2nd technician replaced the button, and everything is fixed. The whole process took less than 15 min. He didn't need to touch the transformer or even step inside the house.
As I said in the beginning of this review, I don't know how these people are in the business. Doorbell is one of the easiest thing and he can't even fix it. I feel like anyone who is handy can do better by just watching some YouTube videos.

My home experienced flickering lights and intermittent shut down of my entire electrical power. I contacted my home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS), who contracted for Clearwire to provide service to correct the problem: $125.00 per my contract.
Felix from Clearwire showed up and proceeded to check outlets and replaced one outlet which he indicated may have been the problem. (Please note, I am a senior citizen, widow, who lives alone and relies on these service providers to provide service to correct problems).
The very next day, I experienced the same flickering of lights. I contacted AHS who scheduled Clearwire to return to my home.
Felix called and left a message. I returned Felix's who was not very happy because he was not getting paid to return ""I live in Tracy"". Felix stated he would only check the outlet I thought might be the problem and said a return visit may happen the next day (he would call to let me know), or the day after between the hours of 11-12PM.
That night my entire house went dark. I panicked and called the person I should have called when the problem first happened, my son, who is an Oakland Firefighter. My son said to call PG&E, which I did, who responded IMMEDIATELY. The problem was not INSIDE my house or any of the outlets, it was a problem with the OUTSIDE electrical panel, which Felix from Clearwire NEVER checked.

They were assigned for warrenty work on my AC unit. I was able to get a prompt appointment. They showed up on time and got the job done.

I could not give a negative or zero. Julio the guy is super rude and unprofessional. No respect for someone's time, Never showed up for a scheduled appointment and did not have the basic courtesy to call and inform me and when I called and confronted he canceled the appointment. I hope and wish no one uses his service.

This is the worst company ever! Don't use them! I have 2 outlets not working, and two exhaust fans making a lot of noise, and my Home Warranty company referred them to me.
The company reached out to me and made an appointment immediately which I thought was great! But that was the only great thing that happened! A man named Julio said he would be at my place at 4:00, only to show up 5 HOURS later at 9:00 pm!!! He had to look at my circuit breaker box with a flashlight since it was already dark! Then told me it was cost $200-400 to fix my problem. As far as the exhaust fans went, they don't fix them, they just replace them! I asked Julio to at least look inside the fan, which he asked if I had a step ladder and vacuum he could use! Did I also mention he came totally unprepared!?! He also didn't leave me any paperwork or anything to prove that he was even here! Strange? Shady? Or sneeky? But I do have his text.
I have since complained to my Home Warranty Co. (which is a whole other story)! But they said they can't do anything until they get paperwork from Clear Wire, which they still haven't received, and my appointment was in April!!!
