We needed an electrical panel change because our outdated panel had started to show areas of potential fire hazard. Allen gave us easily the best quote of three and from there, he made the process unbelievably easy, handling all the permitting and doing all the coordination with the county and SMUD. My neighbors tree fell on my power drop going from PG&Es pole to my meter. It bent the riser coming out of my roof and damaged my meter. I called Allen at Liberty Electric that night. He called me back within 30 minutes, came out the next morning and assessed what needed to be done. We had to replace the meter, Allen understood the severity of the situation (37° temperature at night), so he rearranged his schedule, pulled the permit and got the new meter installed a couple of days later. Allen is prompt, honest and an absolute professional. I would highly recommend Liberty Electric to anyone.

My 89 year old father's power went out during the Jan 1st storm of 2023. We needed emergency service to replace the breaker box, repair the damage caused by a fallen tree against the service line and help get his power back on - because at 89 my father wasn't going to leave his house. My brother in-law called Liberty Electric and they were on site in just a few hours. Allen was AMAZING, he pulled the permits needed, ordered the parts, went out of his way to make sure my father was safe. Within 24 hours the power was back on. Allen at Liberty is the best! I called 2 days ago and asked if he could come and help us with a space heater insert for our fireplace that had a short cord. I was unsure about our household plugs but Allen checked them and said they were good to go and gave a recommendation on what other options we could do. Also, he checked our breaker and stated that too was good. Allen was very kind in answering all our ""dumb"" questions and also was very patient with my mom who has some cognitive issues. I am so glad we now have a ""go-to electrician"" for any future needs!

I called Liberty as a Hail Mary this morning when our lights went off while I was simply vacuuming. I spoke with Alan who was extremely patient. He walked me through checking the electrical panel and helped me find the tripped switch and fixed our electrical issue. This company is honest and could have easily charged a desperate person with No Wi_Fi a lot of money to fix a simple problem. Allen was great! He responded timely via yelp to schedule a call to trouble shoot on the weekend when our power went out on saturday evening. Ultimately he had to come out to fix the problem, but he fixed it. Thankfully it wasnt an expensive,major issue! He explained what was wrong, clearly went thru steps taken to correct it and was quick to answer any questions. We highly recommend him and he will definitely be our first call next time the need arises.
