We are happy to recommend Liberty Electric for your residential, electrical needs. We have contracted with a number of contractors in the past. Allen & his coworker are not only professional & knowledgable, they are respectful of the homeowners needs. The communication was good & Allen responded to requests for more information in a very timely manner. They replaced our electrical panel & installed an outlet for a EV Charging station in our garage. No easy feat, due to the length of the run & placement. The estimate & fee charged was moderate in comparison to the estimate we received from other contractors. Thank You Liberty!

This review is a bit late but I contacted Allen a few weeks ago around 7pm. The power had gone out to half of my house and he was very helpful in going through all the check points to make sure it wasn't just something that was an easy fix and could save us money in the long run. This is the first time I've felt like I wasn't going to be over charged if I did need someone as he genuinely seemed to care and get to the root cause of the issue.

Allen continued to be very responsive throughout the night as I had additional questions, but it turns out it was something SMUD ended up coming out to fix. Although I ended up not needing his services I feel confident that if I ever do, I can go to him first.

I had a problem with a breaker in my electrical panel. Called Alan (after hours) and left a message describing my problem. I received a call back within a couple of hours and he was able to come out the next day. Alan was on time, thorough and professional in his approach to trouble shooting and fixing the problem. I highly recommend giving him a call if you need any kind of electrical work done. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I got my 125Amp electrical panel replaced with 200Amp square D panel with Liberty electrical. Allen is very helpful, methodical, precise and knowledgeable person. I contacted several electrical contractors and
everyone told me that 200Amp upgrade will be lot of digging and trenching but Allen guided me that for my particular home that will not be needed and he made it possible without any digging and trenching by
working closely with City folks. The conduit and piping was already there from builder, I don't know how other contractors were not able to understand this standards, but Allen really helped me out out of box and made it possible. Really really appricate your help.

He is very disciplined on timing and follow-up and got everything small and big thing done on time, I never needed to remind or follow-up. It was really hassel free to get the work done with Allen.

I discovered there was no power to one of the pumps before heading to a night shift. I called Liberty Electric late Saturday evening to troubleshoot and repair the issue. Allen got back to me quickly and was able to fit me in right away between projects since I was concerned with the warm weather the pool would turn green with the pump out of commission. Allen was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and had the pump running in no time! Additionally, his prices were very fair. I would gladly recommend Liberty Electric to anyone in need of an electrician, and will absolutely be coming back for any other electrical work that I need.
