Clark Electric Service was established by W. T. Clark. His journey began in the US Navy, where W. T. trained in Electrical and Electronics. While in the Navy, he worked on shipboard Fire Control radar systems and computers. Following his service, he worked in the industrial field as an electrician, resolving issues with machine controls. He pursued additional education at Spartanburg Technical College, taking multiple courses to deepen his electrical skills. He dedicated around 15 years to the industrial electrical field after his Navy service. Eventually, he decided to launch his own business, obtaining both his Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor licenses.
