Clark Electric Service was established by W. T. Clark. W. T. received his foundational training in Electrical and Electronics while serving in the US Navy. During his Navy tenure, he specialized in shipboard Fire Control radar and computer systems. Following his service, he worked in the industrial field as an electrician, resolving issues with machine controls. He enrolled in Spartanburg Technical College to enhance his electrical knowledge through various courses. For about 15 years post-Navy, he worked in the industrial electrical sector. In time, he resolved to establish his own business and earned his Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor licenses.
