The inception of Clark Electric Service was led by W. T. Clark. W. T. Clark's initial education in Electrical and Electronics came from his service in the US Navy. During his Navy tenure, he specialized in shipboard Fire Control radar and computer systems. Afterward, he spent years in the industrial sector as an electrician, troubleshooting machine controls. He enrolled in Spartanburg Technical College to enhance his electrical knowledge through various courses. He dedicated around 15 years to the industrial electrical field after his Navy service. Ultimately, he took the step to start his own company, securing his Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor licenses.
