I highly recommend these guys! I called Clark for a second opinion because the first group that came out - a big box franchise- quoted an astronomical price. Chris. And out just a couple hours after we called. He did a great job in putting in a new outlet for our exercise machine. He also replaced some breakers and serviced our breaker panel. He was professional and really helped us out. So glad we called!!

Will never, ever, ever hire or work with Clark Electric ever again! He was rude, demanding and unprofessional. My electricity box is now sitting in the front of my house which looks tacky, didn't even ask me btw! He came my house demanding to speak with my house insurance personally?? He was all about the money!!

David and Chris came out to my house, troubleshooted a long time until they came up with a solution that did NOT involve rewiring and chain saws. They are nice to deal with, show up as agreed, and I just called them again for something else.

I called Clark Electric on Thursday to schedule a Free Breaker Panel Inspection because of continued tripped breakers and sparking! They quickly got me on the schedule for today (Saturday) and I was told that I would receive a call around 1030 am for our service window. Just after 1030 am today, I got a call from Chris and he provided me with an arrival time. Chris was timely, personable and very transparent. He immediately informed me that the inspection wouldn't be free if no repairs were made - which I wasn't too happy to hear. However, when he pulled the panel he immediately identified 4 bad breaker boxes that had literally burned out. He assured me that it was a hazard and he could/should not replace the old panels. Long story short - we ended up in a rather complex situation between our landlord and the cost for repairs when we had only been prepared for a free inspection. However, Chris navigated the situation with kindness and professionalism. He went out of his way to ensure that my husband and I could rest tonight with the peace of mind that a wild electrical fire wouldn't consume us in our sleep. Thank you Chris and Clark Electric for your patience as well as your timely and professional services.

This company is a piece of work. I called for a quick estimate and decided to go with Clark/ACDC because they gave me a reasonable price and seemed honest. The guy said they would be there Thursday morning at 8 a.m. When nobody showed up by 9:15, I called to see what was going on only to be told that the person was in a meeting (like I was inconveniencing them).

I eventually got a call from somebody who had no idea he was supposed to be out there and just said they are too busy with other commercial work (again, my job seemed like an inconvenience). They said they would be out on Saturday morning at 8 am and, of course, they never showed up. No call, no apology. Nothing.

They wasted my time on two separate days for what would have been over $2000 in work. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Anybody who treats their customers like this does not deserve the business.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Run as fast as you can! My husband is a plumber and runs his own business so we were suckers for this seemingly small, local guy (David Clark). We paid $4000 to get the job started (yes we are idiots). He said it would take 3-4 days maximum. Two weeks later it was STILL not complete - we decided to take our business elsewhere and he is now threatening to sue for ""not letting him finish"", claiming he has recorded our phone conversations yada yada. David Clark NEVER showed up after the first day - sending some other guy (who never managed to show up before 11am), even after promising for days that he would show up to help speed the process along. He is a scam artist and a liar, not to mention a terrible electrician. I hope this keeps someone else from making the same mistake we did! Had a 1pm appointment, called at 1:30 and the guy told me it would be closer to 3pm. He said, ""what can I say, we only got 3 guys and we're covered up.""

If you are looking for a professional company, I would strongly recommend avoiding this one.

Clark Electric performed the install of the front entrance lighting to a community association in February 2016. The signs lights have been on and off since they completed the work. We have called them dozens of times with promises to come back and correct the issue, but it is April 2016 and still not even a call back to schedule it. We are really disappointed of their lack of follow up and staying behind their work. It is probably a simple fix, as all we had to do is always to turn the breaker back on, but it keeps shutting down after a few days. We have contacted the sales person as well as the electrician that performed the work, both seems to ignore the constant requests to please help us to get this fixed. This could had been a long relationship with many work in the future, as a community association we are constantly adding new projects, but after this experience, we will never use Clark Electric again.

We have used them twice now. This second time turns out was just a lose connection from the first repair. David fixed it in 5 minutes and said not to story about the charge.
