This review is way overdue. Citywide re-wired my 1927 year old house that I love in 2017. Daniel Estrada, in particualr, was very patient with me as I made decisions on light fixtures and move to LED. I relied on his professional expertise and opinion throughout. The team was very careful in removing old early 20th century outlets, wiring and installing the 21st century wiring that I expect will last the next 100 years. Of great importance was bringing my house up to code with a breaker box to replace the fuse box and provide me with the circuits necessary to run a washer and dryer inside the house. Lastly, the team did an outstanding job cleaning up and removing all the debris. They are my go to in the future. Great job!

Can't give enough stars for the work Daniel and his team did installing a Generac home backup generator system. He was very clear on setting expectations of what the process would look like, along with multiple touch points and reviews with CPS. Today, the CPS Inspector commented that he had never seen such a clean and professional installation! Music to my ears. I have found THE company for all of my future electrical needs!

We needed an electrician immediately and called other places before lucking onto Citywide. The other places were either unable to come within a few days or wanted to extract a pretty penny for a sooner response. Daniel, who was very friendly, trustworthy and professional, came right away. He fixed the problem quickly and also took the time to give me accurate estimates on some other things I wanted done. We will definitely be using them from now on.

Very very happy with Citywide Electric!!!!
I was very impressed with Daniel and his staff they did an amazing job from start to finish. Daniel was on time and took his time looking over everything. Explaining what needed to done now and what could wait, since money was an issue for me. Daniel took the time to explain everything carefully and answered a lot of my questions, and I ASK A LOT QUESTIONS. I will be using Citywide from here on for the mere fact that other companies INSIST on doing everything at once, it's like all or nothing. They can't be bothered with a small job or offer a solution for your predicament and make you feel bad for wasting their time. Some companies say they understand but they really don't.
Citywide really does understand your time and money, are both not to be wasted.

Citywide did a great job in handling a list of items that needed to be completed in a short amount of time before we moved into our new home. Isaac did a superb job evaluating what really needed to be done based on the inspection report, estimating the costs, communicating with the team, and following up to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The technicians, Rodrigo and Octavio, were on time, very professional, careful with the house, and did excellent quality and efficient work. I am very pleased and will be hiring them in the future for anything else that we may need. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Our experience with Citywide was just awful. Certainly they are not local, they way overcharge for parts, and they will not give satisfaction when you complain. Support your LOCAL electrician, not these big-city crooks! I certainly will never use them again.

They installed the wrong type of dimmer causing the switch to get very hot. Either the technician knowingly installed the wrong dimmer just to make a sale or it was due to his lack of expertise but regardless of why this happened, when it came time for them to make good on their ""warranty"", they did not.

They charged me again for installing a replacement and the bill was substantially more than what I paid the first time. After a lengthy argument stating I had already paid for the dimmer and should not be charged, I received a slight discount on the invoice but the discount was less than what I had already paid. This instance was unfortunate because they had previously done work in my home and I was pleased with their work and professionalism.
