Friendliest guys in town. They knew exactly what was wrong with my AC and even programmed my thermostat. Call City Wide and don't think twice about calling anyone else. Thanks for keeping us cool!

Mike and his crew were attentive and communicated well. When buying an AC it's clearly a big decision with little clear information to draw from. Heard about Citywide from a friend and after my experience I understand why my friend suggested their service. For me, it was an informative experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
The AC industry is riddled with jargon that can be complicated and leaves you confused. Jacob was able to explain our new system and break down the need to knows.
If you're looking for a company with decades of experience, care about your air conditioning needs and technicians you can trust.. Look no further.
These guys are the real deal.

I would like to leave the following review for City Wide Services that is long overdue from my first experience, and my just recent experience as of today. I would like to preface this with the fact that I have not been asked to write this review, nor given a discount of services for it. If you are looking for someone genuine to be honest with you about your AC issues & not waste your time; please read the following experiences I have encountered with City Wide vs. other places.

We purchased a home 8 months ago that is only 3 years old. Due to only owning the home for 8 months, we were still under the home warranty that you receive when purchasing a home. Regretfully, I called our warranty service to save money (since it was covered), and they had a company come out a week after I requested it. I paid $50 for the guy to just come out and look at it and received the following quote for $425
"" repairs needed to get your unit working properly, 1- you need an additional transformer so you control board does not get over amped. 2- new control wire needs to be ran from the transformer to engage the motorized damper you guys have (which we didn't install and that's why it is unfortunately not covered its considered pre-existing, new wire ran from furnace to motorized damper is $150.00, new transformer is $275.00 please let us know if you guys would like to proceed w/these necessary fixes""
Mike came out and immediately saw that the ductwork was not connected in the attic. AC was up and running in 30 minutes... and for $150. I won't say the company's name, because I don't want to be ugly about someone else's business as it could have been an ""off day""- but I will say this- Go with Mike at City Wide and know you will only have to fix it once and that you are in good hands.

Our AC went out over the weekend (during hot of summer) in a home that we were renting at the time, while I was 8 months pregnant & with a 1 year old. There are no words to explain the heat in our home we were experiencing and the lack of care my landlord had for us as it was the weekend. We reached out to Mike at City Wide expecting we would need to wait until after the weekend, or at least until the next day as he didn't even finish his last job until after 6pm. This was not the case, he came straight to our house and had it cooling off within the hour. I have NEVER been so grateful to someone in my entire life. You don't know how much it means to be able to trust someone with not only your home, but your family in times like these when you are worried about what next step to take.

Mike and Jacob were super detailed oriented and explained the issue with my zone panel. Very quick response and great customer support. They came to fix the issue the same day a few minutes after my call. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely 100% would recommend. We just replaced our down stairs water heat after it would not stay lite. It was old anyway and it finally said enough. After calling around to several plumbers (voicemail after voicemail, for obvious reason) I remembered Citywide who also installed our new A/C unit this past summer who also did an amazing job then. Mr. Mike came right over because he was in our neighborhood, I expressed just to replace it and within 2 hours it was done. I think the easy access to the water heater had some play to how he could fit me in but none the less within a day we were all set to go. Super nice, efficient, and priced great. I did not do a review for the A/C but it would be the same. Highly recommend!!

Avoid at all cost. Friendly technician showed up and was very helpful in walking through a potential issue related to a drain problem in the sink. I asked whether he could install a shut off valve for me, which he cheerfully said, ""sure!"". Upon completing the Job, it was time to pay for the services. The bill was $89 to verify that no leak was present and that the drain was operational, and then a whopping $100 to install the shut off valve. You heard that right, $100 to install a five dollar valve. When I asked why it was so high he simply stated that we offer a warranty and that's why it's more expensive. At no point did he state it would be $100 or give any inkling that it would be such an enormous amount. This transaction happened over one year and one month ago, and the only reason I'm writing this up right now is that my wife wanted to bring in an air conditioning company and I just remembered how citywide completely screwed my family and I over $100.

Quick response. They fixed my AC problem quickly and it now runs great in time for a very hot stretch of weather.

Just had our AC replaced. Jake came out and was very helpful. He showed up the following day and put the new unit in. Everyone was professional and I would recommend

Tyrone Manuel is the best! He is the only professional that I will use for my AC and heating system maintenance. He is at the very top of the mountain. I also find him to be trustworthy. He follows the book, provides great advice, and takes care of your property by wearing shoe covers, etc. You can't go wrong with Tyrone. He is an outstanding maintenance specialist. We love him dearly.

Mike and his team at citywide are honest, punctual and and always go above and beyond. They work hard, even on holidays! They never oversell you for something you don't actually need. As a first time home owner I wanted to know everything about my A/C unit to make sure it didn't go out after ten years- Mike taught me basic maintenance and was super patient as I asked all my dumb questions. Best of all, there yearly maintenance service is affordable.
