Very friendly and efficient work, and understands the evolving EV landscape and does not add on ""EV surcharge"" fees like some electricians might. I cannot make the review lower than 1 star. Our tech was scheduled between 2-4 PM, but apparently tried to show up at 1:40 when we were not here. He made no attempt to call either of us. I took time away from work to meet this tech at my house. After we arrived at 2 and called the office / dispatcher who spoke to the tech. He lied, telling her he arrived and nobody answered and he attempted to call me. I asked for the tech to come back because we had the appointment time booked, and he refused to call me back. I will not do business with people who lie and are unprofessional.

My home warranty sent Chris out to do several electrical repairs. He was on time and he called me to let me know when he was on his way. I had a ceiling fan and several recessed lights that stopped working. The wall remote for the fan went out and he replaced it with a wall switch and a new minkaAire wireless remote. Now I can control my fan/light without getting up from the couch which is way better than the setup that I previously had. After that, he quickly diagnosed the recessed lights. There is a temperature sensor that turns the lights off if they over heat. As a safety measure, the lights will not turn on if this sensor fails. He quickly replaced the sensors and the lights work perfectly.

Chris is fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again.

Now that I found Chris, he's my go-to guy for all of my electrical needs! As the owner of a commercial bakery I have lots of big equipment which is fed by some major power. It takes an electrician that knows what he's doing to keep those babies from melting a plug off of the wall or starting a fire. I cannot risk shoddy and overpriced work so looking for a good electrician was daunting and stressful until a friend recommended CitySquad. On two separate occasions I needed to add more equipment to my kitchen which required special heavy duty wiring. Chris made this a breeze! He was punctual, very professional, did an excellent job and to top it off was reasonably priced. It's not too often that you hear of contractors these days quoting a price and then billing you for less than what was agreed upon. In my case, he quoted me a price but was able to find the parts I needed for less than expected. I never would have known if he hadn't told me but Chris chose to pass the savings on to me rather than keep it for himself. Now that is one honest guy!!! Electrical work is no longer stressful and I can rest easy knowing that City Squad has my back!

Chris is amazing! I am way overdue in writing this review. We moved into our home in Jamuary of this year and needed some electrical issues looked at. Chris worked with our schedule. We had him out another time and same great service. He is a wealth of knowledge and very customer oriented. You feel like he is a long time friend. Chris is our go to electrical guy. I would recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

CHRIS ROCKS! Just finished his second job for me in one week! This guy is super smart about doing anything electrical and very efficient. And does GREAT Work! The first thing I hired him for was the repair outdoor electrical lights. I was expecting a long wait, but he zips through and replaces the lights in no time, with a very reasonable bill.

His work was so good I hired him to come back in a week and install a ceiling fan...in a room that has no attic above it. I didn't think it could be done, but he took care of it in an hour. Bill was reasonable again too. He just finished today.

I also liked how well Chris communicated. He was very quick to get back to me by phone or by text.

This guy is the BEST electrician I have ever worked with. He also is professional and nice. I will be hiring Chris again and recommending him to friends.

Had set up 2 separate appointments. Did not show to either one. Said they never heard from me to begin with. However, I spoke to them on two separate occasions and left several messages.

I sent a message to Chris. I did speak with only city squad to make 2 appointments and left 3 voice messages. They accused me of the same thing on the phone while I never spoke with HWA until my second missed appointment today.
