On time and on budget.

I am building a house, and as anyone that has built a house will tell you; It's a ****ing nightmare. You are being hit with choices of nuts and bolts, all the while dealing with delays outside of your control. This latter point brings me to City Plumbing in Jasper.

With all of the nuttiness that COVID-19 has brought us, sourcing appliances and various other accoutrements associated with building a house have been on delay for ""who knows how long"". Melissa at City Plumbing went out of her way to source something for us that I know was going to be tough to get because it was manufactured in a country hit hard by The Virus. She found them.

We also had a long list of those other items you tend to not think about when building a house like smoke detectors, sinks, lights, etc.. Yeah, they have those too, at reasonable prices, with great customer service to boot! She kept us in-the-loop at all times, and even when she wasn't in the showroom that day, she had another associate take care of us, which was nice.

I also got to meet the guys at the wholesale parts counter, which helped me decipher a very specific electrical concern that was haunting us throughout our build. Problem solved!

I would not hesitate to shop here again. Nice people, great customer service, and they are fairly close to where our house build is/was (depending on when you are reading this).
