Luciano the technician and the company are VERY stubborn and will NOT try and work with the customer. I have a modification clause in my home warranty contract that supersedes the contract language that they will not pay for access to do some wiring. By moving my doorbell to a better location all problems go away with coverage. They would NOT modify the report so I could get coverage. The company does NOT respond to e mails either complaining. This is BAD. Stay away from this company.

Angel was prompt, professional, and quick! He did a great job replacing the ran in the bathroom. Start to finish, he was here maybe 30 minutes and it was done!

They're contracted by AHS and the technician (Bassem) who came to do the job in my unit, did pretty good. He was very professional and respectful and know how to make customer happy. I'm very satisfied how he accomplished everything on time.

One day last week an outlet stopped working in my in my master bathroom then I noticed more outlets in the guest bathroom were not working. Finally I noticed outlets in the garage were not working. The garage outlet not working caused the electric garage door openers no longer effective and working. I called to arrange an appointment the next day. They arrived on time and finished the work within an hour and explained what had happened and how an outside outlet above a water spigot had corroded causing the resulting electric problems.

Our ceiling fans were not working properly. We called City First Electric through a recommendation and we are real happy we did. They sent Erick who is one of the nicest technicians we have ever met. He diagnosed the problems immediately but thoroughly. We requested he come back for the repairs. In a couple of days he was back and again we are very pleased with his work.

Worst experience! After having to wait 3 weeks and several rescheduled appts, they canceled the day of and told me to wait another week. I had no power in most of my house for nearly a month because I relied on this useless business and its fake reviews.

Apparently even though Yelp says it does not remove peoples reviews, they have decided to add mine to the ""Not Recommended"" section at the bottom of the page and not count it towards City First Ratings.

Sounds like this is a nice work around to conveniently leave out bad reviews. Below is an actual image of the service request showing City First so that customers know this is a real complaint. Don't let Yelp play games... these guys are not reputable!

They came out to resolve a breaker not seating into the breaker panel.
The tech reported the call as mis -use.
There is no mis-use but defective plastic part holding the breaker in place. the manager did not call back after 2 days and I had to call again seeking resolution. There is no way to mis-use the breakers as they are mounted behind a holding cover plate. very disappointed in the service and customer service. now have to get a second opinion
spend hours on the phone trying to get resolution... don't use them
Called them 3 times waiting for a manager to call me back.
They never called and could not reach a manager.

Absolute garbage company. Failed to correctly diagnose the problem and then tried to charge me for their mistake. Avoid at all costs. FYI - they also keep making new yelp pages to hide how awful they are. Beware.
