Ignacio reversed estimate of previous company which had left our kitchen in disarray Aug 16. A month later, repair had yet to be made Sept 23. All we needed was a new fluorescent bulb. The old estimate was for replacement. He cheerfully replaced bulb and earned a contract that day to redo living room lighting.

They came, they saw, they fixed the issue with my air conditioner. It was a simple fix but I appreciate that they didn't complicate it. Honestly it can be quite an adventure going through the home warranty department to get a repair done, but this was not in the least.

We hired this company to replace our outside wiring and conduit as well as fix the buzzing in our dimmers. They sent two guys who fought the entire 5 hours they were here and one guy was just walking around the whole time doing nothing. My dimmers are still buzzing and they overcharged on replacing the conduit. I wish we would have vetted them properly before signing any contract. My recommendation is to get multiple quotes and do not use this company. One guy (Ignacio) stormed off on the job. Completely unprofessional and money wasted!

Luciano the technician and the company are VERY stubborn and will NOT try and work with the customer. I have a modification clause in my home warranty contract that supersedes the contract language that they will not pay for access to do some wiring. By moving my doorbell to a better location all problems go away with coverage. They would NOT modify the report so I could get coverage. The company does NOT respond to e mails either complaining. This is BAD. Stay away from this company.

They're contracted by AHS and the technician (Bassem) who came to do the job in my unit, did pretty good. He was very professional and respectful and know how to make customer happy. I'm very satisfied how he accomplished everything on time.

One day last week an outlet stopped working in my in my master bathroom then I noticed more outlets in the guest bathroom were not working. Finally I noticed outlets in the garage were not working. The garage outlet not working caused the electric garage door openers no longer effective and working. I called to arrange an appointment the next day. They arrived on time and finished the work within an hour and explained what had happened and how an outside outlet above a water spigot had corroded causing the resulting electric problems.

Our ceiling fans were not working properly. We called City First Electric through a recommendation and we are real happy we did. They sent Erick who is one of the nicest technicians we have ever met. He diagnosed the problems immediately but thoroughly. We requested he come back for the repairs. In a couple of days he was back and again we are very pleased with his work.
