City First Electric was brought in by AHS to replace my subpanel. When the power was turned on the late model microwave wouldn't function whatsoever. I've had to start a service request for microwave servicing which cost me another $100. City First refused to repair the appliance or even credit me the $100 AHS service fee, claiming what happened was impossible. I find their customer service skills so lacking that I can't recommend them even if the balance of the work was adequate . You want customer service? Steer clear of City First Electric. They're in it only for the $$$.

City First Electric service is sucks! Technician did not check our ceiling fan properly. Left our house saying there nothing wrong with the fan. Once he left our ceiling fan is not working again. When I told them what happened instead of letting their technician comes back they ask me to send pictures and videos. Then technician decided to not fix the motor or the issue.

Do not use this company. Waste of money!!!

If I could give no stars I would.

The only good thing I can say is this co pant showed up. But the electrician tried to scare me into rewiring my house then he said the plug was damaged because of circuit overload and left it out of the wall live. He didn't even turn the breaker off.
He offered a hack job at $400 more dollars to by pass the plug and get power to the rest of the house. I said no and I wanted to submit everything to my home warranty and he stormed off.

I tried to call and make a complaint with the company but got no where. I was suppose to get a phone call back from their complaint department on Friday. Well it's now Tuesday!!!

Sent out by First American Home Insurance, the guy who came out says the circuit breaker burnt and says $150 to replace it or will report to the home insurance to see if the insurance covers. Got an email saying that it was reported as lack of capacity and not covered by insurance. The outlet tied to the breaker had internet modem and few stand lights plugged in, LOL. Anyways, I called this electric guys back for the quote to fix and got $1700 quote. What a lame!!

Obtained their services through American Home Shield (AHS). Bassem (Electrician) was punctual, professional & resolved the problems that needed to be addressed (ceiling fan). As a 20+ year homeowner I have dealt with many home repair personnel throughout the years. Bassem is by far the BEST! City First Electric is lucky & fortunate to have Bassem as their team member. Keep up the good work!

City First Electric was very prompt and responsive to my electrical problem.
I was having an issue with the lighting in the master bedroom.
Pedro came on a rainy day. He was very professional, put on booties and promptly fixed the issue.

Garbage work ethic! Scammers!

American Home Shield sent these guys out to my property because I had an electrical issue. Before I could finish my sentence on what was wrong, the technical took one picture on his phone, turned around and said ""sorry, this is not covered"".

Ignacio reversed estimate of previous company which had left our kitchen in disarray Aug 16. A month later, repair had yet to be made Sept 23. All we needed was a new fluorescent bulb. The old estimate was for replacement. He cheerfully replaced bulb and earned a contract that day to redo living room lighting.

They came, they saw, they fixed the issue with my air conditioner. It was a simple fix but I appreciate that they didn't complicate it. Honestly it can be quite an adventure going through the home warranty department to get a repair done, but this was not in the least.
