Yubin L.An electrician was sent by First American home warranty to check my broken bathroom exhaust fan. The fan was dead but the electrician decided it's not installed properly because the fan was off balance so the warranty wouldn't cover. How you heard of off balance fans?! The electrician is not reasonable and did not have good ethics.
