We use an air fryer which blew out the electrical in our kitchen. We hired Someone to come fix the issue. Unfortunately that company ended up turning our electrical problem into a nightmare or we had no lights and we're running extension cords to items to use one at a time. Every night for three nights we are walking around with flashlights to get in and out of the kitchen and laundry room bathroom and bedroom. Basically the only lights working for the living room lights. And with this heat or ceiling fans were out. They diagnosed for two days and Cut open the ceiling and a duct as well as leaving us in a state of chaos over a four day period.

Joseph from first city electric came out and was able to diagnose fixed and put back together my kitchen and under two hours. He was on time,professional, And communicated the entire time so I can know what was going on and better understand what took place.

Joseph worked on our old-ish house in repairing some wiring that was installed badly in the first place when it was built. He was very gracious and thorough. We had a subsequent problem but he came right out that day and not only fixed the issues but reinforced the safety features of the wires so that it would be even more stable. Really nice guy.

My Home Warranty company referred me to City First Electric, and it worked out great. Fazel came out from the Rancho Cucamonga office (I think he's based in San Diego), and after my giving him a brief explanation of the problems with non-functioning outlets, he got to work. Very quickly he found the issues and got everything up and running. I am super pleased with the work, but also with their communication - they originally gave me a two hour window for an ETA, but called me the morning of and gave me an exact time. Fazel was very pleasant and personable, and certainly knows his business. I'd definitely use City First again.
