First American sent this contractor to do some work approved by them. Then both companies blame each other for not covering the work. They stated the work is upgrades and not repairs when I specifically said they needed repairs. Someone is lying here. Beware do not use this company! Their technician shows up and harasses painters I had working on my home. He Shows up quick says he is waiting for home warranty for approval and just leaves without saying bye.

Crooked company. Inspected my home for partial outage, then submitted something different to my insurance Co. quoted me within 5 min for a new electrical panel ($3,500). Raul was the tech. Stated I would have a quote by the end of business (never received), and had to follow up 5 days later. Raul seemed knowledgeable, but in retrospect a crook. Customer service is horrible, and zero follow up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had another Company come out and immediately found my sub-panel and reset the breaker.

We filed a home warranty claim for an electric issue at our house in San Diego, and City First Electric was assigned to resolve it. They responded right away, and their communication was prompt and excellent. They called, texted and emailed reminders as well. Fazel was the technician they dispatched, and we could not have been more pleased with his service. He showed up right on time, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain each issue to us, as well as what was and wasn't covered under warranty. He also explained which issues were urgent, which ones were safety issues, and which ones were not as urgent. We would be glad to use them again.

Fazel showed up on time and got right to work. He explained the issue (loose wire caused dishwasher to lose power), showed me the problem, and then fixed it. Yes my friends he fixed the problem, first time out too might I add. Good customer service, professional, and to the point. Didn't try to re-wire my condo just fixed the one problem I had. Thanks Fazel, good job!

Had a flashing ceiling light and a finicky cabinet light. Contact, communication was timely and thorough. Problems were identified quickly. Final resolution is pending, but wanted to review here because technician was very good. Polite, knowledgeable, and seemed committed to customer satisfaction.
