Fast, professional and courteous. The electricians showed up on time and started the project right away, within a couple of hours had the EV charger installed. They ran heavy duty wire from the electrical panel inside the house to my desired spot in the garage, everything looks clean and solid. I was able to charge my car same day in the afternoon. Super happy with their work and the rate was reasonable too.

Had a shower head shocking me. They came out did the consultation, it was free. You have other companies where they come out for any amount of time or look into your panel and they automatically charge you. No they straight up came assessed the situation and was like this is what we're gonna do. Got the price and it's guaranteed no matter what happens and however long it may take. they'll sort it out under the price I agreed upon. It's guaranteed so that's a piece of mind because I had a electrician come before city electric and said he fixed it and I still had the issue. He's like oh well stopped answering. They cleaned up everything as well and made sure all wires were good to go and cleaned it up and retyped and made sure I wouldn't have to call for a different issue as well. I won't go with any other company knowing there's one that went above and beyond to handle my situation in a extremely fast manner.

One of my electricity zones went out suddenly this friday afternoon. I called City Elect. at about 2:30pm and someone was here in less than 1 hour. Problem diagnosed within 10 minutes; technician went to purchase needed part and I was up and running within 90 minutes. We needed some work done in our Patio. We had scheduled with a different company who cancelled on us, then cancelled again. I saw the reviews and figured I would contact them, this was around midday and the same night I had someone over to give us an estimate. Once the estimate was given, the work was agreed upon with Fran, and I was told he would be here at 12-1pm. They arrived at 11:45, and they were able to complete the work quickly, efficiently, and they were all very courteous. I would strongly recommend City Electric for your Electrical needs!

I was installing a doorbell camera at home and had some electrical issues. I contacted these guys and were the only ones that were available same day. They replied to my request for quote and were able to come out a few hours later. The guys were professional and took their time to figure out the root of the problem and got it right the first time. Their assistance was outstanding; from the customer service of the coordinator and keeping me up to date, to the technician that came out the same day and worked late. Although my through-the-wall A/C unit could not be fixed because the compressor was blown, they were willing to stop by and diagnose the issue for FREE and would have added more freon if that was the issue. This type of A/C servicing is very hard to find to begin with. I would highly recommend them for any type A/C servicing anyone might need. Thanks again!
