Initially they sent out a worker who had limited English communication skills and was unable to work with the vendors customer service department to properly install the device. In the end, we wasted almost $2,000 with City Electric who overcharged us at least $500.

I would not use them again. Not very knowledgeable about the job they undertook to do.

They made me give a 75% deposit before they showed up. The ""electrician"" showed up with no mask, alleged he couldn't speak English even though they knew I only speak English. He took apart my electrical panel, and then raised the price and when I refused left me without power. They also refused to refund my full deposit. Do Not Use them. Do not trust them. Do not pay them.

Very quick to setup appointment and send me the estimate. I have an old house, which doesn't make my project easy, so I appreciated how thorough they were with the inspection and and determining the best course of action. The price was competitive too.

Fast, professional and courteous. The electricians showed up on time and started the project right away, within a couple of hours had the EV charger installed. They ran heavy duty wire from the electrical panel inside the house to my desired spot in the garage, everything looks clean and solid. I was able to charge my car same day in the afternoon. Super happy with their work and the rate was reasonable too.

I have used them for two units. The first time they were prompt and fixed everything without a problem.

After they fixed the second unit it wasn't getting cold and I called and they sent a technician and he fixed the issue with no charge.

Had a shower head shocking me. They came out did the consultation, it was free. You have other companies where they come out for any amount of time or look into your panel and they automatically charge you. No they straight up came assessed the situation and was like this is what we're gonna do. Got the price and it's guaranteed no matter what happens and however long it may take. they'll sort it out under the price I agreed upon. It's guaranteed so that's a piece of mind because I had a electrician come before city electric and said he fixed it and I still had the issue. He's like oh well stopped answering. They cleaned up everything as well and made sure all wires were good to go and cleaned it up and retyped and made sure I wouldn't have to call for a different issue as well. I won't go with any other company knowing there's one that went above and beyond to handle my situation in a extremely fast manner.
