I was tasked with finding a 24 hour electrician for a good friend of mine in Concord I live in Oakland I called about five or six places that stated that they did have 24 hour service all of them on yelp but this was the only one that actually picked up the phone and they went out and help my friend restore electricity at about 11 o'clock at night so bravo to them and I will definitely recommend them and use them myself even in an emergency or not

Luis was great from the start! I had a major outlet break and needed someone to come immediately, I called Luis but unfortunately he was booked but was able to quickly and efficiently face time me and walked me through the steps on how to fix the circuit breaker. Great customer service, I highly recommend him!

Luis was flexible, fast, and efficient. I needed my dryer cord changed to fit the outlet in our house. I called to see if City Bay provided that type of service. Upon learning they did, Luis told me he was available ASAP. He even worked with me as I had to run out and get cash for his service. He met me at my house. He also went the extra mile & covered the electrical part to the dryer for my family's safety. His services are also reasonably priced & he is very personable. I enjoyed having him as an electrical provider.
