So after I left my original review, the owner Giovanny texted me & wanted me to remove it. I said if you want to take responsibility for my low water pressure & fix it. He refused.
Over the weekend, I lost water pressure in both the cold & the hot water kitchen faucets. It was the cold when Giovanny's crew finished. So once again I called the contractor I know to come check it out. And lo & behold, what did he find? More blue plumber's tape. Quite a bit of it. I guess all that plumber's tape just jumped all by itself & stuffed itself down the outside pipe that Giovanny's crew just happened to fix. That outside pipe isn't that big in diameter for all that tape to just accidently fall into it. It had to have some help & I know it wasn't me.

Our bronzed shower handle had been broken for about a year. We tried hiring another handy man and plumber to separately try and fix it, but neither of them could. City and Beyond was fairly responsive and ready to get to work. I expected him to have to special order the handle, but he went to 4 different stores until he could finally find something that fit! I'm so glad I finally found another handy man I can trust and count on with city and beyond services!

Used City and Beyond multiple times for plumbing issues and to install a garbage disposal. This time had clean water backed up in the bathtub.
Geovanny and his team came out on Sunday morning and found the problem came from the air conditioning unit in the attic with a blocked drainage pipe going to the bathtub. They created an access in the closet next to the bathtub so easier to work on the pipes if the need arises. They unclogged the drainage pipe. Honest and professional. Geovanny explained the problem and took photos of the clogged pipe in the attic (see photo). Highly recommend City and Beyond!

My main sewer line was clogged and that is never fun. Geovanny and his team of professionals came out within a few hours (on a Sunday!!) and we're able to unclog my line within minutes. They also provided boroscope/camera services to see exactly what the issue was and how I could best prevent it from happening again. We contacted them to hang some blinds in our house and they did a phenomenal job. They hung 10 blinds, they came early to get the job accomplished. They were very professional, they wore masks and shoe covering protection in our home which is much appreciated during this pandemic. They were also very informative and gave us options about how to hang the blinds prior to them installing them. All of the staff was friendly and they cleaned up and put all of the furniture back in its place after finishing the job.

Had an issue with a leaking water valve behind our fridge. Needed someone to come out ASAP, and Geovanny was the only person to answer the phone out of all the places I called. Gave me a fair quote and came out and fixed the issue within an hour and a half. When he was here, I spoke to him about some other work needed on our townhouse. Really appreciate the responsiveness and reliability and quality of work. Highly recommend and would use again!

I tried installing a bathroom faucet but had some issues with the hoses matching up. I called this company at 6:20pm. By 7:00 pm they were at my home. By 7:25 they were finished. I asked them to take a look a my slow draining kitchen sink since they were already there; they snaked it multiple times and made sure everything was draining great. What i can say is they work hard and go the extra mile. They are fast, no up-sales, friendly up front pricing, and really do care about doing a great job for the costumer. I plan to keep them for all my plumbing needs. Would recommend.
